The place was comfortable and very cosy. It was surrounded by beautiful countryside and was clean and well run throughout! I felt very safe and relaxed during my stay and the breakfast was good too. The owner of the house was very friendly and extremely helpful for anything I needed! I was offered tea or coffee on arrival and instantly felt I was on holiday, despite book for coming back to work nearby! She recommended an excellent walk along the canal which was around 20 minutes away and was peaceful and very equipped for my free morning.
I hadn't realised that my booking didn't include breakfast on each morning of my stay, but Ethel was happy to offer this regardless of my mistake! I needed to find the cash to pay this by the end of my stay and it was a great breakfast on every occasion!

The farm was easy to find and sign-posted along the drive making it easy to find reception. We were met by Ethel who made sure we had everything we needed. Our en-suite room was modern and clean with a very comfortable bed. All the necessities were catered for including tea, coffee and a jug of milk. It’s in a quiet countryside location so we had no trouble sleeping. No food was included in our booking, but there are pubs, takeaways, and a large supermarket a short drive away.

Vale farm was beautiful, clean and the staff (hosts) were very friendly. Vale farm was in a lovely tucked away village, very quiet and calm atmosphere. Would highly recommend, I would definitely book again.
We only stayed for one night, and we went out for dinner, so the self catering seemed wasted as we didn't use all the amenities at Vale farm. Not so much a bad thing for Vale farm as the amenities their for self catering was all exceptional, but we didn't get to use them unfortunately.

A great property. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Ethel is a marvellous host and provided fresh milk for a welcome cup of tea. I chose the property as other motorcyclists had recommended it and was not disappointed. Great to be able to park on level ground right outside my room and know the bike was safe.

Easy to find with clear signage from the road. Very warm welcome from the owner and her two friendly dogs room was extremely clean and had everything you need. The underfloor heating is great.plenty of space to park. Ideally placed for visiting the Triumph Factory experience and other local attractions. I would definitely stay there again.

The host was absolutely incredible she made me feel so at home. Showed me around and where the milk was should I want a hot drink. The property is beautiful I struggle with sleep at the best of times but I honestly had the best sleep I have had in months. So peaceful and relaxing and the room was just beautiful. The bedding smelt incredible! And the farm dogs who are so beautifully behaved and loving we’re a added bonus!
There is absolutely nothing to dislike.

I unfortunately booked through Booking.com, therefore did not get the breakfast included. I was unaware that if I booked direct It would be cheaper and include breakfast. Lesson learned. The owners are very welcoming, the food looked and smelled really good. :( I would definitely book again, but direct next time.
Room was very comfy, except for the lack of control over the room heating. The heating is very efficient as it is underfloor heating. For me this was a fraction too warm. But this is not a negative for the owner or accommodation, just a personal issue.

Vale Farm is nicely just off the busy roads in a country lane just outside Higham on The Hill near Nuneaton but still literally only a few minutes from the A5. Ethel was the perfect host and the breakfast was superb with a reasonable choice of options. Although a single traveller myself I had a double room and it was spotless with an extremely comfortable bed. Shower in the wet room was hot and powerful and tea/coffee making facilities provided for a quick cuppa before breakfast, Ethel even asked if I needed anything else.
There’s nothing to dislike to be honest just beware this is a working farm, I didn’t have any disturbance at all from the farm it was very quiet during my stay just don’t be surprised if you’re befriended by the very friendly farm dogs if you’re walking about outside your room, they were extremely happy critters and rather curious. In truth not much reason to be near any of the main farm animals because you can park right outside your room and the bigger livestock are a fair distance away but they were fun to watch from the window.

Loved the area very nice and quiet and Elfel the owner is really nice and helpful with great communication throughout. The two lovely black labs that greeted us on arrival was nice and they are big softys that just want some cuddles and maybe a treat 😂 rooms where very clean and under floor heated was lovely will be back again soon.
