Very nice and atmospheric hotel in Nuneaton, the room was beautiful and clean, decent and delicious breakfast included in price. The beds are comfortable, with fresh and clean bedsheets and towels. Tea and coffee in the room, soap and shampoo - everything you need. Place is very peaceful and quiet but also close to the city centre, shops and restaurants/pubs. People were very welcoming, so we enjoyed our short 2 night stay. Please note that room photo is taken in the morning when we woke up already, it was even more beautiful and tidy when we checked in 🙂

There was only one key for the twin room, it wasn't a big issue for us though. The hot water was in the shower only, not in the sink, but it wasn't a problem for us as well. Nothing to complain actually - we enjoyed everything.

Pierre sent us a friendly e-mail on the time of check-in before our arrival. Martin was a very gentle staff and explained things to us in detail. clean and spacious twin room with comfy beds. Although the inflow of water after each toilet flush made a little noise, it did not affect us at all. The hotel was about 10~15 minutes walk from the town, where we could visit the local shops, restaurants and the Saturday market, which were attractive to us. The breakfast was superb and the cook was great! Thank you!

We could hear a little traffic noise from the room we stayed in, but the noise faded at night and was not a problem to us.

Great location for visiting the NEC with good access to the M6 motorway. The rooms were clean and comfortable and an excellent breakfast was served fresh to order in the morning. Without prompting, the owner recommended a superb Indian restaurant a short walk away and we weren't disappointed. The provision of off street parking was appreciated. In summary, we had a pleasant overnight stay and would definitely use again when next in the area.

Very close to my work location for the following day. Close to food outlets and local shops. Ample free parking. Booked a single but free upgrade to double and back of house so very quiet. Breakfast included and very tasty.

Nothing without being extremely fussy, which I do not do. £67.50 for quiet, comfortable and clean en-suite room, including breakfast on a Monday night is exceptional value for money.

Brilliant place to stay just a little expensive for what it is at 68 pound a night... If it was a bit cheeper I'd definitely stay again..

Even with the windows closed you could here the boy racers racing up and down the road most the night for my second night there so didn't get much sleep... Also think breakfast could be a little later that 7am to 8.30am

We were made very welcome by the manager,when we arrived we thought we had lost our car keys,fortunately we hadn't lost said keys ,but the manager of Abbey grange, couldn't have been more helpful ,we were both going to a family funeral , he helped us by allowing us to stay in our room longer ,as the funeral wasn't until 12 30....we also enjoyed a very good breakfast .

Just one thing but not so important. Maybe cups or mugs ,in place of paper cups !!

Location was brilliant, as we were going to a Nuneaton dance on our travels back home (from down in Essex to Derbyshire), the hotel was only a 10 minutes walk away for us to the dance! Rooms were ready before our expected arrival time. Lovely rooms, comfortable bed Breakfast was Wonderful, Service was very friendly. A Fabulous finish to our week of a break away, Thank You.

Really loved the history, the style, cleanliness, friendliness of owners and staff, closeness to town and to Springwood Haven Marina!!

Well, felt bad that we had to bother the owners for cutlery after they had already retired for the evening. I think it would be great if there was like a separate little lounge area where we could sit if we wanted, but where we could get ice and maybe some cutlery napkins, things like that.

The staff were incredibly helpful and happy to go that extra distance. Food at breakfast was lovely, service was quick and friendly. Any issues were resolved very quickly and the room was spotless and well kept.

Some of the traffic was very loud due to proximity to roads but that cannot be helped. Not a bother for me personally.

Clean room, comfortable bed, modern bathroom and lovely breakfast. The host was very kind. Would happily come back. Also, worth mentioning that I forgot my glasses during my stay and they kindly informed me and sent them back. Thanks once more!

The room I stayed at didn't have ensuite bathroom but it wasn't a big deal because it was besides the room and it was private.
