Comfortable well appointed rooms - fresh and nicely decorated, everything felt well looked after and well kept. Check in was easy and location was quiet and easy to find. Room and bathroom was very clean. Lots of notices around encouraging guests to be considerate, got a very good nights sleep (most important thing!). Overall much nicer than chain hotels which are double the price.

Unpleasant odour in bathroom that seemed to be being caused by the shower outlet (shower itself was very clean). Only stayed for 1 night (arrived 9pm) and so mentioned on checking out in the morning which hosts took on board. Sound insulation between the rooms was poor but other guests were not particularly noisy and there are only a few rooms.

Warm welcome on arrival. Spotlessly clean throughout, our room was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was very comfortable with nice soft pillows. Tastefully decorated and furnished and the bathroom was very clean with a powerful shower and fluffy towels. Very quiet location, so we both had a good nights sleep with no disturbance of any kind. Car parking on site and a short walk to The Millpool, a local pub that serves excellent food. The continental breakfast was very good, nicely presented and again very friendly host, who made us feel welcome. Excellent value and we would definitely stay here again.

the bathroom in the room I had (3) is rather narrow - i knocked my elbows on several occasions the road leading to the property is rather bumpy and has huge potholes. sadly there were no eggs (hard boiled would do) for breakfast.

The room was exceptionally clean and neat and uncluttered - just simple messages on the walls were in frames - just perfect and neat. Can't ask for more. The room was nice and warm - could easily alter temp of radiator. Could not get over how quiet it was and yet we were literally walking distance to mcdonalds / local retail parks yet the room was completely silenced! The breakfast was great - served in lovely portion sized containers - just all really lovely and neat.

This is a wonderful Bed & Breakfast which was incredible value for money. A lovely warm welcome and everything was perfect. Extremely clean and well organised B & B which we would stay in again without hesitation. Bed was very comfortable and location was nice and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and everything was good quality and well presented. Lots of allocated parking meant we could go out for dinner in the evening without worrying about difficult car parking on return. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The B & B is very tidy clean and welcoming, totally met my requirements for a 2 night stay to go to a wedding at nearby (6 mins) Coombe Abbey. The proprietors are fully accommodating and looked after all needs admirably! Parking too was easy in the residence forecourt. Nice and handy breakfast (light but sufficient) and they could deal with plant-based diet.

Property was sparkling clean and smelled wonderful. Owners were very helpful and friendly. They kindly arranged for me to have my breakfast a bit earlier due to start of my work event. Room had everything you may need with lovely soft towels and bedding. Breakfast had gluten free and dairy free options which is always appreciated. Large parking out of the road.

The only thing I would take a point down for was the breakfast options although I do appreciate it was more of a budget option. Most breakfast options were sweet with the only savoury option being triangle cheese on toast. Ham/cheese or egg/veg options would be nice. The food I did have was however very tasty and good quality.

Always stay there when I have an early morning appointment at University Hospital Coventry, to avoid a stressful rush-hour journey from my home at the southern-most tip of Warwickshire. Much better, and more personal, than one of chain hotels: quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean.

If I really have to come up with something, I’d say the lack of a cooked breakfast (scrambled egg would be nice!). However, the wide range of other breakfast options (including gluten-free) cannot be faulted. Choose by 9pm what you’d like for breakfast the following morning, and at what time you’d like it, and that’s what’s waiting for you at the appointed time.

We booked tickets for the NEC caravan and motorhome show so stayed at middle house to break up the travelling. We read the reviews and weren’t disappointed as this is a lovely place to stay. We were greeted by the owner who was so welcoming and helpful pointing out local places to eat and shop all within walking distance excellent after a 4 hour drive. We stayed in room 2 which was immaculate comfortable and luxurious actually. The en suite was spotless and a lovely shower. Breakfast was served next morning by the owner and was a choice of cereals, toast croissants etc … lovely pot of tea or coffee …. We would love to stay again if we are visiting the midlands. This is a truly lovely bed and breakfast and we would highly recommended. Thank you x
