Property was a short walk from the city centre, near the cathedral, market, bus station, train station and shops. Two subways to walk under to get across the busy roads which is great for pedestrians. Lift to floors made it accessible. Staff were very friendly. Parking for 24 hours was £6 which is really very reasonable, and there were plenty of spaces. Room was clean and had everything needed. Plenty of choice for breakfast, including cereal, cooked items, fruit, yoghurt, toast, croissants, meat, cheese. So pleased they allowed our dog to accompany us as we would never leave him alone, and wouldn't want to have separate breakfast shifts. Room was quiet and even had air con which was welcome during the heatwave. Will definitely be back.
Small things which did not spoil our stay whatsoever. Could have done with more than two shower towels. Hand towel and hair towel would have been good, but didn't ask so can't blame them really. TV didn't pick up all the channels including BBC. TV guide didn't work as the tele was programmed with a very old date.

The breakfast was good - nice options of healthy and non healthy and it was fresh and well presented. Really enjoyed it. The staff were lovely!
I think for £105 a night I was expecting something a little less shabby - i think this is the internal decor to be honest - it is grey and red so not very appealing. The rooms were very hot and whilst you can open the window, it was very noisy outside with car alarms, someone doing tree cutting, people etc. One of us had a portable fan and the other a portable heater so my colleague barely slept because of the heat - the room fixed fan sounded like a helicopter was above the room.

The room was comfortable and clean. We stayed here because we were attending our Herbalife training event at the CBS Arena. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they made us very welcome. I would like to give a big huge shout out to the Staff who looked after us for the weekend. Sofia, Alix, Diana, Laura to name but a few.. Sorry we did not get the other names. But all who were on duty that weekend. You are all amazing and a credit to your hotel.. You all went that extra mile and we would not hesitate to stay with you guys again. Xxx

The staff was very friendly even when we checked in after midnight. The breakfast was consistently excellent. We had dinner at the hotel which worked out fine. The dining area did not close and the staff was so accommodating.
It would have helped us if we had more information about bus transportation in the immediate area, stops, general directions. We walked in a circle using Google maps. If a basic map to the bus station or train station was available, it would have saved us much discovery time. It would be nice to have a list of close by restaurants. Our phones did not work locally for the first 2 days so we had to look on our own. The dining was excellent. Perhaps a cart available to bus our tables would have freed tables faster for those who were looking for seating in the dining area. The staff really cleaned as fast as they could.

The room was spacious enough. Location was not too bad - right outside was a bus stop and another opposite in the other direction. The city centre was a 10 to 15 minute walk away. It's not exactly next to the city centre or the station so expect to lug your bags to the hotel as there is no bus from the station (as far as I could tell). Would stay again since the photos and the description all match the actual.
The bathroom felt like a capsule with plasticky flooring. The step to the bathroom was unnecessary high. The mirror was huge though.

There was a large group of us that travelled for an event. A lady called Alex on the main desk was very helpful from check-in and for the rest of the evening was very helpful when we were all ordering food and drinks. All the staff were so great considering we caused the hotel to be very busy due to large numbers
Would be better if parking was included in stay as we had to pay for parking both at the hotel and at the event due to coming and going to and from both places.

Onsite Parking is undoubtedly a considerable plus. We requested a ground floor room and this was provided. Room was lovely and clean and attended to for our 2nd night. We also had pizza on 2nd evening which was quite good.
The breakfast was plentiful, both continental and cooked. However the cooked elements could have been a little fresher. This is, I do understand, a feature of "buffet" breakfasts and is par for the course.

Location great for event, parking very reasonable, nice rooms
Arrived an was given two keys. Neither of these worked. Went down to reception told them, got two more. Again neither worked.. I called reception from my phone at this point as I had 20 minutes to get into my room, have a shower and leave for my event, someone came up with two more keys… you guessed it. They didn’t work. I said can you just let me in with the master key cos I need to get a shower an leave in 20 minutes. He let me in, an put a master key in so the lights worked… he never returned and was no where to be seen when we left, so I arrived back at midnight an luckily still kept the master key.just annoying when you want to quickly get in after a 3 hour drive.

Very modern & clean. The room was spacious with everything needed. The shower room, although not huge, was well designed & the shower was excellent. The location was excellent being a 10 minute easy walk into the city centre. There's a large car park ( they charge £6 for 24 hours) but this is preferable to parking in a public car park. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. We've stayed in hotels at twice the price which have been considerably poorer.
Nothing that I could find fault with.

The hotel is at a pleasant 7-8 minutes walking distance from Coventry's central train station. The room was very clean and spacious enough for two. Good mix of hot and cold breakfast options.
The bathroom doors apparently are stuck or difficult to close in many rooms (including ours), because frequent slams were audible throughout the stay. Lighting in the room was a bit too dim, but not disturbingly so.
