Very good stay overall for one night with work Clean and warm and good facilities Quiet with no noise from other guests Microwave, hob, fridge with freezer compartment were all clean, and there is also a range of takeaways and convenience shops opposite TV had a range of Channels Bed had a good comfortable mattress and clean bedding Car park is free Needed to pay £50 damage deposit which was return promptly the same day as check out

Electric shower is okay, but not very powerful

The studio was spacious, modern and comfortable. Was nice to have a table and chairs for mealtimes and there was ample parking.

The kitchen was poorly stocked. One small sharp knife and no can opener was disappointing. The extractor in the bathroom was extremely sensitive and noisy, and would run for ages, so you couldn’t put the light on at night otherwise I wouldn’t have got back to sleep. The road outside is quite busy so no good for a light sleeper as the window didn’t close properly. These were quite small things though. Wi-Fi reception not great if needed for work.

The location was good for where we needed to be. There is a good selection of shops and takeaways nearby. Not to much traffic, so it's not too noisy. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. On the whole very good.

It could do with a bit more in the way of accessories for the kitchen, eg. Salt, pepper ,oil things like that. There wasn't a tin opener,but they were very helpful in getting one. The toiletries were not as described in the advertisement, and we were very surprised that £100 was taken as a breakage deposit as it said £50 in the advertisement.

Ideal location for us ,quiet ,great heating ,handy kitchenette area ,free parking in site

Mattress could do with being replaced as it’s about done and needs blinds at the front window but not major issues and will definitely stay there again .

Booked 3 times now Worth the money One of the radiators in the room didn't work so it was cold. The wifi wouldnt work on the tv. Which was a shame as could only watch free view Other than that was a comfortable night

Bathroom mirror and shelf were really shabby. No milk. No coffee. Only coffee creamer and 4 teabags. Not really complimentary “tea,coffee,milk” as it states in advert. Entrance hall and paintwork shabby and needed tidying up

It was clean and well maintained , the kitchen was pretty good , I liked it so much. Room was amazing

Bit small and location was not that good as per price and my expectations and the washroom was small, like I was expecting it spacious. However all over it was good experience

Self contained apartment.

The blinds were Broken. It wasn't a huge issue but the windows that didn't have curtains let in a lot of light so was awake very early. Shower room was very tight.

I’m still unsure why there’s a £2 fee for claiming back your deposit. Seems an easy way to make some extra cash for merely doing a transfer.

Nice clean apartment with all you need for a long weekend.. Perfectly placed for the rialto plaza music venue.

Water leaking from bathroom tap.. which soaked my washbag.. Smell of weed from other apartments..
