Here to attend nearby wedding. Plenty of space in room, very comfortable bed, everything worked and exceptionally helpful and pleasant staff, always willing and happy to help, always with a smile. Quiet countryside location, nice outdoor area with quality seating, very nice breakfasts, all good. When asked about taxi to return to wedding reception location for car, reception provided list. Would recommend Macs Cabs - came within about 10 mins, took us right up to our car, helped out with luggage, wedding gear and all that! Great

Everything was just what we needed for a good break. Our trip was to support my elder one playing 3 day county cricket festival at Rugby. We decided to stay a bit far from centre and at this beautiful hotel. Really glad to have made that call. All facilities at hotel (pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam, gym, outdoor bar) were perfect... room was spacious and breakfast (included made to order sandwiches & very reasonably priced omelette). Lastly and most importantly all the staffs were really nice. We will definitely again stay if we are in the area and will recommend the place to friends.

Might be good to invest in room renovation. They are still in good condition but do appear a bit dated.

Lovely staff, especially the ones on Friday night/Saturday morning/lunch. Swimming pool great, good facilities, room clean, comfortable and decent size. Gardens lovely. Food tasty. Extensive buffet style breakfast. Huge shout out to the dark haired lady who worked in the bar and served us over friday- Saturday lunch. You were stand out amazing and made our weekend with your attentiveness and helpfulness with our 1 year old.

Not much to say negative wise. My partner used the gym and did say it was one of the worst he's used in terms of cleanliness, with equipment being very dirty/sticky and like it hasn't been regularly cleaned. No air con in rooms which wouldn't normally be an issue but was a heatwave & I'm pregnant so double whammy of being too hot! Service from staff dropped noticeably on Saturday night/Sunday morning when they were busier & had a generally younger staff cohort working.

Clean comfortable room with very friendly and helpful staff. We were made to feel like valued guests and not just customers. We took full advantage of the very hot sauna & extremely steamy steam room - well worth a visit. Breakfast was plentiful with a choice of continental, hot English breakfast buffet and items to order from the menu. The avocado with poached eggs on toast was delicious!!!!This was our second stay here and we would happily stay again.

Minor gripe because I have limited mobility. Changing rooms for leisure facilities are upstairs. However, there is a downstairs disabled toilet you can change in.

Comfy bed, VIP customer service, excellent staff. Location is great, near the main cities around, specially Leicester. Food is amazing in the restaurant. Good quality breakfast. Very high cleaning standard. SPA facilities are great, water in the pool and jacuzzi in lovely warm temperature. Sauna and steam room very nice too. Parking availability and great wifi too. We loved everything, we had a great long weekend at the hotel.

The only recommendation for improvement: to have the breakfast menu in all the tables opposite the bar. We just found out the menu in or last day, when we sit at the table nr. 01. If we sit opposite, table nr 20 and above, there wasn't the menu there...

The area the hotel sits in was lovely, very pretty. The hotel had a good feel. Nice size hotel, the staff were excellent nothing was to.much trouble. The restaurant staff were the best, a special mention to.keira and Ava who worked this bank holiday weekend. The leisure centre was very good , the therapist Demi we had on Saturday for our treatments was excellent. when staying, make sure you check out facilities and the offer for afternoon tea. Highly recommended this hotel.

The mattress on the bed needed replacing.. the shower pressure needed to be better. The breakfast area could do with being a bit bigger. On Sunday the hotel was very busy and there was a wait to be seated.

We booked this as a stop gap between Southampton and The Belfry Hotel. If I'm honest with you this hotel is such value for money and we both agreed we had a better stay at this hotel then the Belfry Golf Hotel. The staff at this hotel were head and shoulders above the other. The food was on par. The room was better here and we slept much better too. The bathroom was not so good, but that was the only thing. The price difference was massive and I would 100% book this hotel over it. Well done to you at the Best Western Ullesthorpe👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

The shower curtain, I prefer a screen if I'm honest

It was very clean and we had everything we needed. Great staff and very helpful and polite, we had a slight leak in the bathroom and we was upgraded instantly without any fuss and without us asking. The leisure / spa facilities was great, great sized pool, steam & sauna rooms were of adequate size also the jacuzzi was large, great relaxing area/room off to the side of the pool which is a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and had no issues in getting a good nights sleep, bar area was nice with two different areas to chose from also an outside area with plenty of seats. Breakfast was great with fresh food being replenished when needed. We will definitely be coming back 10/10

Nothing to dislike

well what can you say? We rocked up on the bikes and we're met at reception by an absolute star of a lady, she was genuinely friendly and so helpful, sets a great tone to the whole stay. Went to our room, which was large and clean, king size bed as well, dumped the kit and straight for food. We sat in the bar had a drink and ordered food, again the staff in their are great and friendly ..........WOW, now I'm a greedy man but the starter course of chilli nachos was huge, I struggled with the Chicken Swarmas but both courses were simply gorgeous. My veggie other half ordered the Mushroom burger and was equally impressed. Have added this hotel to my favs on booking com and will definitely be back.Never got to use the Leisure facilities but next time we will for sure.

nothing not to like, it's a great place, great location

Everywhere was clean and beautifully decorated. Especially the lovely bar and restaurant. The food is amazing. Coffee is pretty good. I made full use of the spa. Super friendly staff. I left my sunglasses and phone charger and Anna has gone out of her way to let me know that she has them and they’re sending on to me this week. I have stayed here before many years ago and it’s even better now. Will be back for one of their 90s party nights with a friend 🤩

One of the receptionist was a bit grumpy but literally everyone else was friendly, matured and understands good customer service.
