Beautiful oldie worldie Hotel situated on main road into Lutterworth. Courtyard was a little oasis after weekend at Silverstone GP. Family room (for me and daughter) two large double beds and a single. One double in its own room. Spacious. Beds crisp sheets and very comfortable. Bathroom clean - good bath and powerful shower. Plenty of towels. Tea/coffee, biscuits and welcome bottles of water. All replenished the next day. Bar was quaint, good service and selection. Unfortunately, restaurant was closed at our visit. But breakfast was fabulous- full selection of drinks, cereal, yogurt, fruit etc and then a full selection of full English and other choices. Delicious ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautifully presented, lovely outside area, nice old building and it was really peaceful. Like Harry Potter rooms, small door then you go in and it’s a lovely sized room. Location was easy to find. Breakfast was fantastic and we had a full belly to drive home with.

Very personal but it was very warm in the rooms, we could open windows and the fans provided helped a little. It may also be worth considering a small lamp in the first room of the family room. The lights were very bright and to have something like a lamp or a dimmer switch would be ideal.

Was what you’d expect from an old ‘character ‘ property. Everything worked well, room was fine, part of the charm was finding it around twisting narrow corridors. Staff were excellent, nice cosy bar with a great freshly cooked ‘full English’ for breakfast. Car park at the fear was very close to rear entrance ( although it’s not free, is not expensive)

Needs to be noted that they don’t offer lunch or dinner. Was not a problem to us as there’s a hotel across the road that did, and was fine but it’s a busy road, so my not suit everyone

Really comfy beds, good food, great shower, very quiet. Parking is behind the Inn on a public car park, but very close and convenient. The staff were really helpful, especially the lady on breakfast service. We were just breaking a long journey, so only had 1 night. I'd stay again if we could address the accessibility problems by having a ground floor room.

Not the fault of The Greyhound, but the room was really inaccessible. I had not anticipated this, so it was a bit awkward for me as someone with mobility problems. They have 1 accessible double room, but no accessible family rooms, so it's really important to check, if you have mobility issues, that you will manage the facilities ok. Eg. The shower in our room was in the bath and there was no handrail, nothing to help you get in and out safely and a tiled floor which can make things a bit risky for slipping. The other thing to note in this vein is that it's an old building with many narrow corridors and uneven floors, just something to be aware of on booking as somewhere closer to reception and downstairs would have suited us a lot better.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The location in the small town was very convenient and it was pleasant to walk around town. The courtyard at the hotel was delightful, well kept and clean. It was nice that there were dogs at the hotel and it kept the place very relaxed. The food was to die for - full English breakfasts were delicious and the dinners were worthy of a 5* chef.

I am a woman in my 80's and I arrived at the hotel after a 14 hour journey and totally exhausted. For some strange reason I was given room 1 which was at the top of several flights of stairs with the last flight being almost inaccessible, dragging a bag behind me and into the attic room. I thought I was going to die by the time I reached the room and I then proceeded to bump my head several times on the sloping ceilings. Fortunately, the lovely girl behind the bar immediately got my room changed for me. Please, Greyhound, look at visitors checking in and evaluate whether you should almost kill them by putting them in room 1. Such a pity - one small mistake almost spoiled the whole experience.

This is the second time I used the Greyhound for an overnight stay whilst visiting parents. Was a pleasant stay as always. Comfortable, with everything you need.

Its an old building and so walls are paper thin, could hear full use of the bathroom in room next door whilst falling asleep and again was woke by the rooms use of their shower. Shower heads could do with an update, not very powerful.

We were staying for a family wedding close by. Really friendly welcome on arrival and a lovely outside area with some pretty plants and shrubs. Parking was easy and a very small fee. Breakfast was hot and fresh and a great choice. We had the four poster room and the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious too. There are a few stairs to the higher floors so just near that in mind if you have difficulty with stairs but it didn’t affect us at all. WiFi was very quick.

I thought the courtyard on arrival was stunning- a gorgeous array of flowers planted. Particularly attractive at night with outside lighting. My room was quiet and comfortable. It was lovely to have a bath , even though there was a shower available. The breakfast was really nice with fresh fruit available with yogurt as well as a extensive hot breakfast menu.

What a beautifully presented Hotel, the outside and inside space are really cosy and welcoming. An excellent selection of beers and cider made everyone happy and the bar man did a superb job keeping us all well watered. The restaurant and waiting staff did an excellent job catering for a table of 25 and we can't thank them enough for making our gathering such a beautiful and memorable evening. We will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you ! In the room I personally would have preferred feather pillows, the bed was sooo comfortable that really was the only thing that let my room down. The full English breakfast was okay, could have been bigger but then we are a bunch of Hedgelayer's so breakfast is our most important meal of the day!

There was nothing I didn't like! You all did a great Job :)

Gorgeous old coaching inn with ancient passages and exposed beams in higgeldy piggeldy charming interior. Twin room was comfortable and clean. Decent shower. Good town centre location. Tasty breakfast.

It took 40 mins between being seated for breakfast and the hot food being served. Appreciate it was a busy time (0900) but that really is too long to wait. The cold buffet option was excellent though and the hot food when it came (salmon and scrambled eggs) was excellent too. And the waitress was apologetic.
