Hotel was lovely, staff were so friendly and the garden was perfect for hot days and the room was quaint, plenty of parking a comfortable hotel
We had couple of minor issues, it was hot outside and our bathroom heater came on staff investigated but were confused said it would go off soon but in the heat last thing we wanted was a bathroom heater on which incidentally got very hot warming up the entire room up and no fans in the rooms, food the meal was served without the accompaniment sauce which arrived late and was not a sauce but had gone solid. But my husbands meal was incredible

Breakfast was great... the staff were lovely and we had a fab view out over the harbour... i particularly enjoyed the ham for breakfast - most delicious but the fresh break from the bakery just around the corner was also excellent.
well, our room was a little small - we had booked a superior double and the difference between that and a regular / comfort room is really marginal - but probably what we lost in about two square metres of space, we made up for in the view... the parking is a bit limited but there is plenty of free parking nearby so don't let it put you off.

The was a good size, bigger than hotel rooms often are. It looked onto a very pleasant courtyard and on to the parking area (of particular interest to bikers). Great place to stay if you are there to go to Mallory Park 10 minutes away. The Restaurant: Wonderful food at good prices, great staff serving there and in the bar.
The plumbing. It was end of summer so heating not actually required but the radiators were almost empty and need bleeding and the water moving in them was actually quite noisy at times

Room was spacious, warm, and had everything you need within easy reach. Staff were kind and always happy to help. Food was very good, and the small bar had a nice atmosphere. The green space outside catches the evening sun perfectly. Ample parking outside.
The bathroom left a little to be desired - the extractor fan above the shower was not working, the shower head was lacking in water pressure, and the fittings of the shower were leaking water while the shower was on. All easy fixes for a big bump in comfort.

The staff were very helpful, and the the evening meal was well presented, nicely prepared and enjoyable. It weas good to see the bar had real on as well. The room was a good size, and had a nice view from the window over open fields.
The room needed a little tlc, there was plaster missing from the wall adjoining the bathroom. The door knob on the wardrobe was loose and the wardrobe was hard to open. The mattress was adequate, but felt like it had been there for some time. The Wi-fi was poor.

Rooms are clean. Lovely fluffy towels, good WiFi. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great location for us (for Bosworth Festival). Easy Parking. Food good in restaurant for dinner.
Rooms are a little tired. Paint chipped in places. Curtains could probably go and be replaced by just blinds? Sealant round shower old and messy. Shower tray very slippy - along with the step down out of it I almost fell over.

Our visit was both business and pleasure i.e. meeting up with our son. The room was clean but a little tired - rustic - the tv could have been larger - but this did not detract from the room; the bed was extremely comfortable; the room was very quiet as we had requested. All the meals were excellent and fresh produce/good quality produce used - compliments to the chef. The Royal Arms was easy to find with super parking facilities and outdoor seating, in a wonderful setting with a relaxed ambiance; nothing was too much trouble for the staff. A safe place for any female wishing to stay alone - a hidden gem.
no facilities in bathroom to plug in electric toothbrushes, no fan to take steam away plus a plug for the sink which stopped the water running out. Neither of us enjoyed the orange juice.

Lovely quiet hotel. Room was comfortable and spacious enough for our needs. Staff were excellent. Wonderful place to sit out at night and gaze at the stars. Beautiful location with ample parking.
Breakfast was a little pricey at £14.95 each, but would have been better value if we'd booked the B&B price. Husband would have liked a lamp and electric socket by his side of the bed.

Lovely location and lovely room. The staff were friendly. Check-in was so easy and locating the room just as easy The lighting around the facility and quietness of the area was ideal.
The bathroom was unclean. Mould in the shower. On the shower head and down the seems. This is my only negative of an overall pleasant stay!

Great location near Mallory Park Circuit. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great food in the restaurant.
Sometimes when the restaurant gets slightly busy, the junior staff appears to be a bit out of depth, however they remain very polite and happy to help.
