The hotel was just as expected, best night sleep in a long time and felt very welcomed and comfortable. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

The kettle wouldn’t turn off when ready, we was only provided 1 cup for coffee in a double room. The sink in the bathroom filled but took so long to empty and the light switch crackled when turned on so we stuck to using the side lights.

The freshness off the room clean bedding and towels the location easy to find good secure parking. The bed was comfortable and warm

The wood work in the bathroom could with a bit off t.l.c and a hand towel to use as only bath sheets supplied

Bedrooms are basic but they have good TV, plenty hot water and nice big shower. Bed was very comfortable. The restaurant is a curry restaurant although i didn't eat there the food looked excellent. The breakfast was cooked fresh and very enjoyable. The lady on duty was lovely very friendly and helpful. In all I had a very pleasant stay albeit for only 1 night.

For me everything was fine.

Warm welcome and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and functional. Useful to access Kirkby Mallory racing circuit (rather than going from central Leicester). Easy to get to the hotel from the M1.

The restaurant attached had poor service and we were waiting an hour for the table.

The lady running reception, cooking breakfast and cleaning the rooms (seemed to be working alone) was really friendly and helpful. Made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She's a real asset to the place.

Nothing I didn't like, facilities were adequate, if not luxurious

Nice & quiet. Good night. Comfy bed. Staff more than helpful, so obliging. Lent me a USB charger as I had forgot to bring my own. Additionally, it all felt very secure too. No worries.

Very welcoming host with a cant do enough for you attitude, clean, tidy and comfortable.

Hot and Cold in the shower is the wrong way around, so took a little while to work out! LOL

Stayed there a few tines , breakfast good bed comfy as always and Susan went out if her way to make e my stay a lovely one , thank you 😊
