The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly - especially Ms. Harpit, Her expertise, meticulous approach, and sincere kindness had a significant impact. Her commitment to outstanding customer service was truly remarkable whether she was addressing our inquiries with patience or providing insightful suggestions. Another best is the Italian Restaurant - Bella Italia, delicious Italian food, top notch quality and very helpful servers.

Should have one elevator at least at the hotel. It's an issue if you are travelling with a lot of bags and staying on the 1st floor. Besides that, the hotel is a perfect stay with helpful staff coupled with a good Italian restaurant.

The employees were excellent. The room was a good size. We had breakfast and an evening meal which were excellent. The hotel was clean and tidy.

We didn't get our room cleaned as we said to come back later. We were out of the room by approx 11.30. We didn't bother to say anything as we were only there for two nights. We found that the bed was hard and uncomfortable but perhaps other people prefer it that way. The charge for having a dog was £20.00 a night whereas other hotels we have stayed in was £20 .00 for the duration of your stay, we thought this was excessive . We didn't use the Gym or WIFI so can't comment on those.

Generally staff were helpful , there was an incident in the gym with my daughter falling and the automated lights went off and she badly banged her face on the mirrored wall, had a nose bleed and now a lot bruising and her experience of how she felt she was treated at reception wasn't ideal. This is being looked into by the manager but I've not heard back yet. I had also in advance request a room with a bath and had a reply back to say they'd try. On phoning on route was told none available such rooms but when arrived the receptionist had managed to swap rooms around. This hotel is normally very good standards of care as I've been a few times.

Overall good stay, very helpful and accomodative staff, clean room and comfy beds, good breakfast, plenty of parking space. The reception manager (lady) was very kind and offered us tp pack some non-perishable food and drinks (sandwich, yoghurt, juice etc.) as we had to leave the night before our check-out day and our breakfast was included in the room rate - very considerate and kind - something which is scarce in the British hospitality sector especially for mid-budget hotels, so the gesture was very much appreciated by us.

Housekeeping (daily room cleaning) could be improved in response time and promptness. E.g. restocking of tea/coffee, milk and replacing used cups with fresh cups could be done with more care and consideration.

Really made my relaxing birthday stay special. I messaged to see if I could check in early and they rang me immediately to ask "white or red" and told me I could arrive whenever I liked. When I got there I was greeted warmly and offered several things, which was so lovely and unexpected. My room was clean, comfy and they'd stocked a few things for me, and laid out a happy birthday fruit and cake plate, and a birthday card. I didn't utilise a lot of what they offered me but I'm really grateful, it was such a lovely gesture. I always enjoy staying here, the beds are so so comfy and the shower is my absolute favourite thing.

The only thing I'd like is access to YouTube or streaming services. I also wish that the room doors muffled more of the corridor sound.

The room was spotless. The shower was genuinely incredible. Nice big, comfortable bed. Decent bar and restaurant on site. Young lad serving us in the restaurant was particularly good. There was approximately 20 of us on business trip and he realised very quickly that the bill needed to be itemised for each of us. Did really well. Location was fine for me. Not too far from city centre. Parking was also good. Breakfast was very good too. Surprisingly good stay. Would recommend to anyone and will always use this place when I go back to Leicester.

The rooms were spotless, with a modern, cozy design. The shower was incredible—spacious with perfect water pressure, ideal for relaxing after a long day. As a “Guest of the Day,” I enjoyed a free, well-stocked minibar, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was also excellent, offering a variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, the hotel’s attention to detail, cleanliness, and service made for a perfect stay!

The only downside was the limited parking space due to an event during my stay, which made it challenging to find a spot. It was a bit frustrating, especially after a long day of travel.

Welcoming staff. Assisted with my elderly mother enabling her to go to our room whilst I dealt with the admin The restaurant staff were wonderful taking the time to explain the menu to us and ensuring we received something we would like and taking account of allergen/personal taste I loved the breakfast options especially the continental breakfast. I cannot remember seeing such an offering anywhere else. However, I love my cooked breakfast so went with that - delicious!

I did book a table for 5 for the restaurant as family we haven't seen for a number of years were joining us for the evening meal. When I checked on our arrival there was no record of this booking. Fortunately we were able to be accommodated In our bathroom, the overflow in the basin was very visible and dirty. Everything else was clean.

The room was comfortable with good facilities. Bed comfortable, TV worked no problem, fridge provided, desk to work on. The bathroom was good too. It looked like it had been refurbished recently. I particularly liked the shower controls. They looked new and were an easy on/off button for bath or shower option and located in a very accessible place away from the taps. I could turn on the shower and set the temperature before getting in. As a lone woman I felt safe and there was a 24 hour reception.

The hairdryer in my room did not work and I did not have time to ask at reception. The breakfast room was quiet and I was unable to find anyone to attend to the drinks machine which had stopped working. The lady from reception happened to come into the breakfast room and she did, very kindly organise a drink for me. The lady from reception was very helpful. Just need someone to keep checking on the breakfast room to make sure all is well.

There was an issue with our booking as I think hotel was overbooked but we eventually had 3 rooms (although we ended up with 1 double with sofa bed and 2 twin rooms rather than 2 doubles with sofa beds and 1 twin but we just wanted to check in by this point and there was an issue with the room cards but this was sorted.) The reception staff tried their best to sort things out. There was a wedding there which seems to be a regular thing, as there was a separate large room and a large notice about weddings at the hotel. We thought noise would be an issue but we didn't hear anything from the party or from people going to their rooms after. In fact the room was next to the restaurant but we didn't hear any noise at all. There was a little Starbucks machine and snacks available near the bar and the lady serving was lovely and friendly and went out of her way to help. Also saw her at breakfast. The staff in Bella Italia and in the bar were fantastic. They were cheerful and hardworking. They really couldn't do enough for us. There was a pool table in the bar area and we enjoyed that. Breakfast was fantastic, one of the most extensive I've ever seen in a hotel. Lots of different options. They were constantly topping it up and the staff were clearing tables and keeping everything clean. The rooms and public areas were very clean. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely go back.

Beds were not the most comfortable I have ever slept in but were OK, the bedding was comfortable and nice quality. There were certain areas that needed updating, e.g. the bottom of the bathroom doors were badly warped and some furniture and curtains looked marked, but the room was very well equipped and as I said above, the staff obviously worked hard to keep it clean. These would not stop me staying again as cleanliness and helpful friendly staff are more important to me.
