The room was lovely and warm. The shower was great. Everything in the room worked and it was comfortable. There is a kitchen on the ground floor which was useful for extra dishes.

The first room I was given had s small louvre window and the blind on it would not open. I was given another room immediately with a bigger window and blind worked perfectly. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of air spray. The rooms could have been better aired by opening the doors and windows.

location was good. facilities were an added bonus. I liked the eating area. beds were comfy.

limited parking, no lift. was also asked for photo ID, when I said I didn’t have any the man said all guests have to show it so he can take a copy and it states that on the website I stated I had booked through booking.com and it didn’t mention anywhere he repeated it. my friend also stayed and checked in earlier and was not asked for photo ID.

The room was clean. Tea was available. The bed was a good size and comfortable. Towels were provided. Good reception on tv. There was a communal kitchen on the ground floor which was well equipped and had a large seating area available to all residents which was very useful. There was a CoOp convenience store underneath the property which was useful for food and did not create any disturbance.

Tea and coffee could have been replenished. Upper rooms involve set of stairs, no lift. Not a problem for me but be mindful if you have mobility issues. Otherwise no issues.

Large basic room with good bathroom. Very clean. Has a kettle and some coffee sachets Also a fan which was welcome. Tea bags were available in communal kitchen. Communal sitting room good as my husband wakes early and was able to sit without disturbing me. Easy key drop check out

The wifi was v poor and not useable but we were in Rm 1 which I suspect was furthest from router. Ok in communal area. Only 1 set of towels between 2 but I couldn't be bothered to go chasing more - it was hottest day of year. Only 3 parking spaces but safer to park in street behind hotel as Coop downstairs is busy and tight car park. Quite noisy as on main road but drowned out by fan! Tolerable

The room was nice and a decent size, the towel was big, as was the shower. The area is quite an affluent/respectable area, so quite safe, and there is a nice shopping area just 5 minutes walk away (bars/cafes/restaurants)

There is a kettle, but not tea/coffee/mugs etc, so bring your own. There is only limited parking, but there is lots of safe parking on the roads behind. My room only had one towel which was odd (no hand towel or floor mat for the shower. But if it really bothered me I could've asked). None of these are really negative, just things to know about in advance

This place is value for money,there is a few floors,but I'd say it's just minor issues,like loose fitting an a quick paint job an I guess I'd have gave it a 10☆,but also an issue with finding anyone at reception and Costa an employer,very miserable,but thank you to all the others

Costa one of the workers,very ignorant and never has time to do anything,oww but he did come and let me in early on my arrival

Found a really nice pub just around the corner, excellent food & service & would highly recommend anyone staying here to go there The Cradock Arms Knighton Road.

Room looking a bit tired, peeling paint on ceiling above shower & on window sill but it didn't hinder our our stay. It could do with better signage outside the property. Also, better directions on the booking page. eg, the property is behind the Co-op/ Burger sauce shops ?

Generally modern fittings and decor with few exceptions, and communal kitchen /lounge available. Check-in system and electronic key access worked well and room fairly spacious.

Could.have.done with two chairs in room (but hardly anybhotelmseems to give 2 chairs for a couple). Some.decor outdated (switches and some internal.door fascias). Not a problem, though, minor things! Location fine with bus access to city centre and near to some university residences.

Easy check in and basic facilities but knew that before we booked. Parking available on side streets. 25 min walk to race course. Coop and takeaway attached to building. Shared cooking and lounge facilities available to use.

There are only 3 parking spaces available (which we knew) therefore it is difficult to park to drop off luggage prior to parking down alternative roads as it is a busy Coop and takeaway.

Nice, clean modern rooms and good basic facilities - good shower, wardrobe, hangers, iron, coffee. Absolutely brilliant is the Co-op literally same building and smart burger restaurant too - so convenient. Stoneygate a really nice leafy part of Leicester - great for Clarendon Park and other student areas. Great price for all that.

Parking would be good - frustratingly ambiguous in that initially says parking available but once booked - then says no parking! Turns out there are three places - but appear to be taken by staff! All that said, easy to park in next street as it turns out. WiFi is non-existant despite it being listed - cannot connect or even see what is being offered.
