We liked the size of the bathroom and how warm the rooms were, it was a nice touch with the coffee machine there was lots to choose from with hot drinks and bottled water also. The bed was big and comfy it was lovely and clean. It was really nice , we would definitely stay again.
It’s abit annoying how much the clock tower goes off but they do provide ear plugs so that’s a bonus. Not that we used them. But that’s not really no fault of the city rooms. There needs to be a lift up the stairs also, I’m 6 and half month pregnant and carrying heavy so it was hard work climbing the stairs but I won’t be pregnant forever I really don’t have much to grumble about but if anything just the small things that wouldn’t change the fact I’d definitely stay again

The hotel was located right in the centre with easy parking. The room was incredibly spacious and the bed was really comfy. A nespresso coffee maker was supplied with lots of capsules which my partner loved. Big Bathroom with a lovely bath. Ear plugs were supplied if you didn't like noise. Also a fridge in the room which was useful
There was a lot of noise very late - but that is to be expected given the location and they did supply ear plugs There are a lot of quite steep narrow stairs to get to the rooms - not an issue but maybe could advise before booking

Room was amazing. Really individual design and had so much space. Have never stayed anywhere with such a large bathroom! Bed was really comfortable. Parking outside was easy to access and rare amongst city centre hotels. Spoke to staff on the phone and they were amazing! Super helpful and friendly.
Outside noise did filter into the room which didn't bother me too much. After 11pm it was pretty much just the clock tower chimes :)

Lovely big room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Powerful shower. Immaculately clean. Fab easy free and secure parking. Good tea/coffee facilities. Very convenient for the town centre. There is a little noise from the town but they kindly provide earplugs in case you need them. We were told there would be no one on reception but there was a great welcome from a lady on front desk, who explained everything to us. Very happy and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Good location, lovely spacious room, very comfy bed, good facilities in the room and bathroom. Parking is a real bonus.
Number of stairs, not for the fainthearted! Staircase up to room looks shabby and tired, makes you worried what you're going to find one you reach your room, which is a shame, cos its lovely once you get there! There was quite a strong smell of carpet freshener, or something similar, not a problem for my husband but I have a very sensitive sense of smell and found it a bit overpowering.

This is my third stay in the Leicester area, and this has been by far the best place I have stayed in. Free parking in such a central location and the room was clean and tidy. I was given all the entry codes and key codes in advance, so everything was hassle free.
It's an old historic building, so you have to get used to the uneven floors and a bit of creaking here and there.

It was in a great location. The room was huge with a comfy bed. The nearby clock tower disturbed me a bit (although not an unpleasant sound) but the second night was better when I actually used the ear plugs provided.
The stairs up to the room were very steep and narrow - glad I didn't have too much luggage. You need a PhD to use the TV and the bathroom was a little tired in places. The car park was very small and narrow - challenging to use in a larger car.

Perfect location. Clean. Parking available and it seemed secure.
The door lock didn’t feel too secure. Very close to clock tower that chimes regularly but they did supply complimentary ear plugs on arrival. The window banged against the frame from the wind in the night but stopped after trying to wiggle/adjust it.

We spent only one night. The place was in a very convenient location. The room and the bathroom both were specious, clean with a comfort bed .
The wardrobe was not clean enough to keep clothes. A fridge, a fan and some other items were stored in it . The code for the carpark gate did not work.
