Lady on reception was lovely and welcoming. Room was perfect for what I needed & everything was on hand. It had a nice modern bathroom & kettle with cups & teabags/coffee /milk. Bed comfy & duvet and pillows were spotless and felt good quality. The bar & dining room was fine, I had a burger & fries for evening meal which was ok and the price was great, not a rip off! Plenty of parking too in the car park attached to the hotel so not long to walk with cases etc.

The view was over the car park wasn't great as part of it is currently taken over by builders, maybe working on foundations or something but this wasn't a problem as I was there on business & not a holiday. Breakfast was a little basic but really adequate for the price so not complaining.

The location was excellent although strangely I missed it when arriving. Room was functional - as a non smoker there was a lingering smell of cigarettes. Breakfast met all my immediate needs and was a good start to the day. Bathroom and shower were both very good. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Friendly receptionists and booking was easy which was a bit last minute.

As mentioned above, despite its size I struggled to find it. I arrived after 9 and there are no immediate places to eat. However there is a local Co-op with late night shopping.

Very quiet location. Very comfortable beds/pillows. Clean and well equipped. Room overlooked car which was just as well because someone opened their car door against ours-whilst my hubby happened to be looking out. Breakfast was good and covered all pallettes.

Upon arrival, the first person we spoke to (as others were busy with new arrivals) either didn't speak English or was on work experience, we asked, "Can we sign in with you?" She just stared at us-no response at all! We chuckled and walked over to the others with uniform on and waited a very short time to be extremely well served by a lovely lady (forgot her name but with child). Just thought a response of 'sorry no I'm in training' would have been the right thing.

Lovely clean rooms staff really nice nice bar glad it didn't cost a fortune like some places really like the decor in the rooms and they were spotless

Had breakfast it was cold and really dry, so I didn't enjoy it at all only one toaster, so there were a few in, so I didn't get a chance to have toast I just don't get why the breakfast was cold even the beans were not hot so I wouldn't have breakfast again

The room were a good size, the decor was great, the bed comfortable with lots of hot water The hotel is modern with good facilities.

Location- Very difficult to find, it took us over 30 minutes to locate it. A IBIS sign at the end of the road would be very useful. Couldn't find it from the postcode In the middle of a building site Breakfast - At 8.30am the food (English breakfast) was cold.

Clean, basic, comfortable, convenient for a break from Motorway driving.

Not well signposted so not easy to find in the dark, amongst all the surrounding building works. Shower quite a slippy floor and controls hard to adjusted. Cold room on entry and then a noisy fan when we turned the heating on. Not good for getting off to sleep .

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Not really within the control of the hotel but some of the other guests were inconsiderate, talking in the corridor and letting doors slam at 4 am and 5 am. Perhaps some notices around reminding people to be considerate? Making doors close more quietly?

Easy to find with plenty of onsite parking and I was able to charge my car overnight, which meant an easy journey back the next day. Bed was comfortable; the room was clean and surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was excellent and of a very good quality, especially the sausages and mushrooms.

Had another booking.com booking cancelled directly by the booked hotel in Coventry. Luckily found another hotel, Hotel Ibis hotel @ Rugby Crick East who had availability. Excellent functional & comfortable modern room and hotel. Staff were brilliant and very welcoming which makes all the difference on arrival.

excellent hotel, spacious room with ensuite. breakfast included. good choice. very quite. considering we were next to an industrial estate. Lots of lorries. staff very helpful as we had a problem with the key card.
