The property was very comfortable, with lovely facilities. Ben was very welcoming, accommodating, and went the extra mile by driving us to the wedding we were staying in the area for. There was a cute little fridge in the room with just enough space for a bottle of milk!

The breakfast provided to us was delicious but was a little small for two people, and more variety could have been provided.

Close enough to Silverstone, bed was comfortable and a good shower. Host was excellent, really flexible and looked after us.

Internet did not work and limited tv options.

Location was close to Silverstone. Staff at Peartree very pleasant and helpful. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and very tasty.

From a friendly greeting, to a beautiful room, great facilities and a really lovely breakfast hamper, comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom, everything about our stay was great.

Nothing! Our Satnav had difficulty getting us here, but we called and were given help.

Pear Tree Cottage is located in a beautiful village, a really peaceful location. Everything we needed was provided to make a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was lovely and the bed very comfortable.
