Tracy welcomed us and explained everything very well, she was in our opinion an excellent host. She went above and beyond our expectations with her friendliness and passion. The room was very good and we had a reasonably comfortable rest. Although we didn't have evening dinner, we believe that the food looks very good at very reasonable prices. Our breakfast was excellent with prompt and efficient service from the waiting staff in the Ascot room. The hotel had ample parking.

As we have an electric car, it would have been useful to have an electric charging facility in the car park, but not essential.

Friendly and warm check in. I had a single room, which was small but funcional.No wardrobe but exposed hangars on a cloathes rod. A boiler together with a choice of teabags/coffee/chocolate/biscuits/water etc. Bedside lamp with usb charges placed underneath were appreciated, to thise who don't have adapters. Small bathroom with a tiny tiny sink, but good amenties.razors,comb,toothbrush etc. Breakfast served in a nice room with pleasant/soft music in the background..

I stayed there 2 days, on the second day i didn't want another english breakfast but just a cup of coffee with a toast with avocado...but unfortunately they said they had run out of it...(i was one of the first to arrive for breakfast) so my taste buds weren't satisfied...😔.but it can happen...

The staff really steals the show here - they couldn't be more gracious, welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Very comfortable stay in a lovely village.

The TV was tiny and television reception was poor. Not a really big issue, but we just wanted to hang out in the room and vegetate, so a better entertainment setup would have made the stay perfect.

Needed to stay in area for event so very convenient, super friendly welcome & spacious comfortable room

Overall very good although view from window was of outlet pipes for kitchen/ pub (?)- I realise they have to be somewhere but meant I kept curtains closed. Leaving key at front desk every time I went in & out- I'm sure there are H&S reasons for this but it's been a long time since I've been asked to do that, bit inconvenient.

I stay at the Pytchley Inn regularly as it is a convenient location when visiting relatives. Rooms are often upgraded and are spacious, comfortable and have all you need. Breakfast has cereal, juice, fruit and yoghurt with a menu of items cooked to order. Evening meals are also available in the restaurant.

Minor niggle - need electric sockets near mirrors for when drying/styling hair and bright reading lamps beside the bed.

Breakfast was good. Meals in pub restuarant excellent

Staff attitude when leaving, stated that they given us an upgrade to executive room. This was not true, the shower in our first room was broken and could not be used, so the hotel staff moved us to another room which was excellent, I think it was a communication issue between day time staff and early morning staff.

I booked this accommodation for an employee and the feedback he gave me was excellent. Mr O'Seachnasaigh thoroughly enjoyed his stay, the room was very comfortable, the breakfast was fabulous and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will look at booking The Pytchley Inn for all future booking I need to make when our employees are working in this area.

Everything was brilliant

Lovely stay, room was beautiful and clean, staff supr nice and helpful, we stayed 2 nights and dined in both nights. The food was really good and the portions big. Really enjoyed our stay and will book again.

Nothing to dislike, the handle on our bath was a bit loose, but they are looking at it, but that's just nitpicking! We had a lovely stay.

When we asked for a larger bed, they were very accommodating and changed our room free of charge. The evening meals are always excellent

A few changes from last time with the breakfast but nothing major. A member of staff made a few quips, but we shrugged it off

We needed to be in West Haddon so the location was excellent. An old family run hotel where the staff were extremely friendly providing a relaxed and comfortable stay. The food was superb ad good value for the money.

To nit-pick more shelf room in the bathroom and a small lounge away from the dining areas would have been welcome.
