There was loads of knocking noise coming, plus there was loads of dif disturbances noise, in the morning there was no hot water in my room and at the end I had to go without proper shower, I told the maintenance guy call Paulo about the hot water not coming, he straight away accuse me front of Aimy that left the tap in, he told me several time, I said I have just got up, then he said might have someone else, he told me to wait for 10 minutes for hot water in the morning, there was still no hot water for me have shower, then I was told to have shower in someone else who checked out if the room, which wasn’t very nice it was dirty room, even then there wasn’t hot water, I was very disappointed.

The room was large, clean and perfect. The bed was large and brilliant. Shower was brilliant. Staff were brilliant.

Sorry, biggest problem on the first day was that there was no hot water in the sink and reported it to reception who said it would be sorted tomorrow however, it was not even though she said the manager had sorted it by running it for 10 minutes. I ran it for 30 minutes but nothing but cold water. Was told that it had done this before. Noise all night from outside was terrible. Banging doors and squeaking floors all day and night. Toilet paper was far to small to wipe one's small butt and had to use 4 sheets at a time. Bad location as in a service station.

Comfy , large, accessible room. Bed comfortable . Good selection of shops , eating places at services nect door. Staff friendly and helpful.

Not enough mobility parking spaces outside hotel, or ordinairy parking spaces outside hotel. Fan in bathroom not working, was reported , but not fixed. Room was not serviced even though tag was left on door for it to be done. But receptionist on duty that night replaced towels and cups for us. But despite these few things will definetly stay again.

Large stain on carpet - presumed was why we we given this particular room as we had dogs. Discovered it actually wasn't a 'dog' room so would have been very unimpressed if we had been given it without dogs. Poor maintenance awareness - hot water was literally pouring out from overflow pipe at roof level for the whole 36 hrs we were there. We reported it in the morning and it was still pouring out 10 hrs later

Reception personnel excellent - in particular James. What a gentleman! Room very spacious & warm. Quiet location. Bed super clean and comfortable. Just a good feel about the place. Plenty of eating places next door!

Room was not perfectly clean, but good enough! It is on the M1 southbound.... check access to the other side of the M1 Daventry - a few miles to travel! My own lack of research

The staff were helpful. The reception staff are approachable & answer any questions. They tell you when you sign in to contact them with any problems you have with your room.

The decoration of the property just needs a refresh. Lights in the hallway could stay on a bit longer before opening the room door.

The price for our stay was awesome. We were on the way back from a very long journey and I needed a night sleep! Was able to book and within the hour in the hotel. Easy to get to if travelling Northbound too so there will be instructions on how to get there exclusively rather than turning around at the next junction - there is a bridge that Days Inn customers can use at the junction. The lady at the reception was really nice too.

Mainly the price good value for money.close to the motorway. Large rooms well heated despite being solely electric. Still 11am check out Tanis and her team trying very hard against the odds to make it a pleasant experience

Access from the north bound is beautifully explained and easy to follow still a bit of a faf,and not comfortable meeting two police cars while ignoring no entry signs. The whole place is becoming rundown carpets needed cleaning outdated plumbing and leaks leaving their mark on the floor and walls. The wash hand did not hold water.

The gentleman at reception was very accommodating and nice considering we arrived quite late and had a lot of luggage, corridors were warm and rooms cosy and very clean, good value for a budget hotel and ample parking for our van.

Some of the decor although clean is a little dated and could do with updating like the carpets in the room, also on arrival exterior did not look inviting , and I thought initially it was complicated to get to as we were heading northbound and its location is southbound, but we managed by following the hotels instructions and it was all fine

It is cheaper version of premier inn but in parts way better. It is busy place and lots of hgv. Windows tune it well enough albeit constant static noise goes thru. I personally dont mind but for some might be to loud.

Location was confusing. I think i missed signs. And no clear exit sign. Busy place lots of hgv. Maybe thats why.
