There was loads of knocking noise coming, plus there was loads of dif disturbances noise, in the morning there was no hot water in my room and at the end I had to go without proper shower, I told the maintenance guy call Paulo about the hot water not coming, he straight away accuse me front of Aimy that left the tap in, he told me several time, I said I have just got up, then he said might have someone else, he told me to wait for 10 minutes for hot water in the morning, there was still no hot water for me have shower, then I was told to have shower in someone else who checked out if the room, which wasn’t very nice it was dirty room, even then there wasn’t hot water, I was very disappointed.

The rooms were huge and the hot water and water pressure were great. The staff was sooo friendly and accommodating. The room was pretty clean - just dusty behind lamps and in corners. We slept well there.

We were attending the Crick boat show which was only 10 minutes away if we could use the back entrance but this was only allowed as a service entrance/exit. To get to Crick and other destinations we had to go south on the M1 and loop around to come back to our destination- making the boat show 25 minutes away.

Nice simple cheerful place . Good instructions to get in and out of the place as was a little tricky but once you knew it was very easy. Jackie the receptionist is amazing, helpful and attentive. Helped us into the room with our bags and also my dog. Even to the point of taking my dog herself into the room. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. All clean and tidy.

Only thing was you can clearly see there was dog hairs in the carpet ( my dog does not malt )but as we had a dog we didn’t mind as much . But it was the only thing I could see an issue with.

The room was large, clean and perfect. The bed was large and brilliant. Shower was brilliant. Staff were brilliant.

Sorry, biggest problem on the first day was that there was no hot water in the sink and reported it to reception who said it would be sorted tomorrow however, it was not even though she said the manager had sorted it by running it for 10 minutes. I ran it for 30 minutes but nothing but cold water. Was told that it had done this before. Noise all night from outside was terrible. Banging doors and squeaking floors all day and night. Toilet paper was far to small to wipe one's small butt and had to use 4 sheets at a time. Bad location as in a service station.

Comfy , large, accessible room. Bed comfortable . Good selection of shops , eating places at services nect door. Staff friendly and helpful.

Not enough mobility parking spaces outside hotel, or ordinairy parking spaces outside hotel. Fan in bathroom not working, was reported , but not fixed. Room was not serviced even though tag was left on door for it to be done. But receptionist on duty that night replaced towels and cups for us. But despite these few things will definetly stay again.

Its the perfect location for the event i was attending, close to the event, parkrun and the services are handy.

No parking. this isnt a problem really as i put my car outside the barrier as i was getting back past 12am. Last year i put it on the service front and got a fine. im not sure what can be done about this really so not the inns fault. as long as you can put the car on that road with the barrier its a simple solution.

we used this hotel to stay in for our first trip to Crick boat show. Jacki on reception was really lovely and very helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean. Water very hot so we enjoyed having a lovely bubbly bath. We were allowed to use service exit back to the Crick show which was very helpful. We would use this hotel again. The breakfast voucher was great as well.

It was all great.

Staff were lovely, so friendly. Sarah was really helpful with giving us recommendations for places to eat and directions to where we needed to go, we were there for the F1 Grand Prix and they even gave us a little Silverstone goodie bag which was such a lovely touch that they didn't need to do! Room was very spacious and bed was so comfortable

The lady on reception was amazing! She was helpful, friendly, gave us a tip on the service road and let me park in a coach bay so that my car was nearby. She recognised us from previous trips and was approachable and went above and beyond. Room as always was comfy, clean, exactly what we needed prior to a race day. Always our go-to for a Whilton Mill race day! Never disappoints!

Room had information re 25% discount for breakfast but we would need a voucher from reception to get the discount. Unfortunately reception was closed at 8.30 so could not access the voucher. Logically the voucher should be offered at check in
