Great pub & food facility on site. Huge car park. Bedroom & bathroom a good size. Young girl behind the bar really helpful - she got us a fan for the room as it was the hottest day of the year and we didn't even have to keep going to the bar as she brought our drinks out to us in the garden. Really relaxing, friendly place. Nothing too much trouble. Pet friendly as well. I was delighted with our overall stay.

Shame they don't offer any breakfast options. A grab and go bag or a basic self service area to make toast, etc.. would have been nice.

Location, how the entrance to rooms were seperate to bar area so no interaction with other customers. Room was lovely and warm, exactly what we needed all round

Nothing to dislike however Sunday lunch would have been fab but they don’t do them. There is another pub within a minute walking so no real issues at all, just would have been nice to have it where we were staying

Lovely little pub, staff are super friendly, very clean, loads of parking.

The room we were in was tiny! All the other rooms were unoccupied, and much bigger than ours, and all looked available so not sure why we weren't given one. Only one towel provided, we had to share as pub was closed in morning No lamps, just the main ceiling light. Also no coat hooks

I was a bit disappointed that there was no food on Sunday, but the bar was mostly empty in the afternoon & evening, so I understood the reason. Confirmed on speaking with the lovely owner on Monday morning. No reason to waste good fresh food when there are no customers in the small village pub.

Great food, huge servings, good service. Comfortable beds, soft, large towels. Plenty of coffee, tea milk. No noise heard from bar. Good size private car park which we required as in our classic car going to show at British Motor Museum, Gaydon. Overall good value. Shall be returning.

Nothing, really enjoyed our 2 night stay. No breakfast available here so we took our own cereals.

The room was lovely pub was very pretty

The rooms are very close and the 3 people living there best lives against our head board was a little off putting the fact it went on from around 00.00 until 4am then again at 7 was disturbing to say the least they were very vocal about what they were doing and so excited that they shook our bed most of the night …I’m not one to complain when people are having fun but I found the whole experience a little disturbing and just wanted to go home

Great location for our group as we were diving at Stoney Cove 10 minutes away. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Good value for food and drinks.

There were only two things that were not excellent which was no hot water on either morning of our stay (room 10) although it did have hot water on Saturday evening. There was also a strong smell of drains in our bathroom.

Great location about 10 minutes from the centre of Lutterworth. A very warm welcome from the team. Comfortable and spotlessly clean bedroom and bathroom. Had a meal in the bar area, lots of choice and the food was plentiful, freshly cooked and delicious. Free parking on-site is a bonus. Can't fault anything and perfect for a short stay. Highly recommended.

Depending on which room you are in the noise from the bar below you can be intrusive at night. Just to be aware they don’t serve food on Monday and Tuesday but the Swan nearby does and the food is good.

The location was perfect for a local family party and the two female staff at check in were perfect. The room was a good size and very clean. Plenty parking and bar food was lovely.

The shower had no hot water but the pressure was good. When taps were on in the bathroom a pump came on which was noisy and made the room smell of drains.
