I stayed overnight for my graduation ceremony at Warwick University. From registration to checking out the whole experience was fantastic. The staff at the desk were so very kind and helpful and wishing me all the best for my big day. From entering the foyer it smelt divine, and looked immaculate. We parked our car for free in the huge car park, you just need to register your details when booking in and they give you a code to register to ensure you don't get charged. The University was a 10 min walk, so very close, and we could leave our car there to collect that evening. The room was perfect. We had a corner room and had a balcony which was via two french doors, It was a lovely sunny evening on 22nd Sept and this made the stay even more delightful, overlooking the greenery of the grounds The room was immaculate and well kept, bathroom had a bath and overhead shower and gorgeous toiletries. Nespresso coffee machine plus additional kettle and tea, coffee and snacks provided. We had room service which was a lovely choice and very quick to deliver. I had spicy soup and then a ham sandwich which came in delicious onion bread and served with a pepper salad and kettle crisps. Hubby had a burger which he said was delicious also. We had a lovely nights sleep on a beautifully comfortable mattress and pillows and there was even a menu card that you could ask reception for a certain type of pillow for your preference. I haven't seen that before at a hotel. The breakfast was an absolute feast of choice from a hot counter for cooked breakfast to pastries and cereal and fruit and yoghurts. I felt disappointed that I wasn't coming back that evening to stay another night, but I would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend to anyone. The hotel does pride itself on sustainability with recycling waste bins in the rooms and the option to not have the room cleaned during your stay if not absolutely needed. I rate this Hotel 5 stars.
Nothing, all excellent

The stuff were very professional and responsive, the provide support and meet expectations, from reciption team, restaurant team, housekeeping team all very friendly and professional and supportive. The location is fantastic near the Warwick art center were i had my NEBOSH diploma graduation ceremony. Building is clean and we liked the green surrounding and how they respect animals and plants and going for green approach, you can ask reciption to change your pillow to different types but usually upon availability still it is a plus
No air conditioning only desk fan but weather was cool so opening windows were more than enough, a lot of spider webs on windows, limited selection on breakfast menu but can order other items if needed، the room menus three barcode were little bit annoying to scan as they are near each other. No bottles of water were provided in the rooms

i booked the scarman as i was staying in Coventry for 4 nights. Lovely location, convenient as it is within warwick university campus and was close to my office, it has a nice Bar and restaurant and clean and cosy rooms
Rooms are a little small but for one person it is fine. Two can cosy fit Minor things- you could hear people talking in the corridors or next room and the doors bang loudly so for a light sleeper like me, it is a little inconvenient but nothing that would not want me to stay again. The food in the restaurant was hit or a miss but they have variety of vegetarian options so that was good.

The location was great in that it was a beautiful garden setting so ideal for a break from travelling. The facilities were great and practical eg help yourself to tea and coffee, cold water, fruit. The doors opened automatically which is a blessing with suitcases. The breakfast was exceptional and I am fussy when it comes to breakfast! I had a delicious oatmeal porridge. With a good choice of nuts and seeds and fruit to add to it. I had egg mushrooms sausage etc. Again a great variety to choose from. Coffee was from a machine but very tasty, so I think they used good quality beans. Parking very easy. An absolute pleasure and I wish we had stayed a few more nights.
One thing I thought was missing was a shelf or basket to put your shampoo and soaps etc onto in the shower cubicle. They were on the floor and I think this is inconvenient and a potential hazard.

Location, flexibility and how accommodating the hotel.is on special requests plus parking is second to none
The food was cold, over salted and missing itens which meant by the time the room service arrived with what was missing everything was even colder 😕 abd the tray charge is not cheap. I also had issues with mu room key so after returning back on the second night when I just wanted to settle I had to take a long walk back to reception even though they knew I was staying for three nights to get the key reactivated. I did not get an apology. Also the bed was not properly made on one occasion by housekeeping. I think it was overly busy when I stayed as my previous experiences at Scarman have been faultless. It was extremely hot when I stayed so I feel fridge facilities might have helped and maybe more powerful fans.

room -good, quiet, clean had roomon cooler side of building , fan in room helped being able to use pool at wellness centre for free friendly staff Food that was available at breakfast was good
sunday breakfast was open from 7-10 we attended at 9 only hot buffett was still fully available and staff was not easily on hand to get other ingridients, some as simple as toast/ croissants, butter had to ask for it. there was nothing left on the continental part of the food buffett and it was not well maintained.staff said they have run out of it . After some time they brought a couple of cheese slices. No airconditioning in room

Very clean rooms, very helpful staff.
The only thing that was slightly inconvenient was that on their menu they say that certain foods can be ordered 24/7 however when I tried to dial the number for room service at 2am it didn't go through. I had to use the number for reception to order my food (which arrived) but I think there was only one person on staff that night hence them not being able to cover both phones. It might be worthwhile adding a note telling people to call reception outside normal dinner hours for room service or something like that.

Location for a part-time student is brilliant, albeit a little expensive. The rooms were very modern and clean, the restaurant bar food was also very nice. For me it was great to have free use of the sports centre facilities.
The WIFI signal was pretty weak, I called for room service 2 out of 3 nights without an answer so not very helpful. The main complaint is around thin walls, it can be quite noisy and although I suspect it is a business conference centre and not a couples retreat the noises I heard are not what I'd have expected, not ideal.

Perfect location for visiting Warwick University and the Arts Centre (although there is very little competition in the immediate area). Plenty of comfortable breakout areas to relax in. Good car parking. Rooms clean.
Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. This is primarily a conference centre where the public can also book to stay, so the dining room was geared to conference groups (long group tables giving the impression of a school refectory...). We found the price a bit steep overall, but prepared to pay for the convenience of the location.

We were going to a taping of two episodes of I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue and in this instance the hotel was very convenient. It was very clean and friendly and they had a free hot drink station in reception where the hot chocolate was the best I've had for a long time. Breakfast was very good.
The campus is fantastic for university business but for us it was a very confusing and we could have done with more information. There was no info in the room about breakfast or what restaurants , shops, etc opening times and what facilities were available.
