I was staying here as I had a meeting in Coventry, which is a short drive away. It's not really a hotel per se, rather a conference venue with typical conference centre rooms. Free parking is right outside the door, and the rooms are clean and comfortable with everything one needs. I asked for a quiet room and was given a room right at the end of the building which was great. The food in the bar area is very good, including some gluten free options. Breakfast was very good. Staff are generally helpful and pleasant, although not what I would describe as warm.

Room was a little hot as the heating was on. Not sure why this was needed in June but easy to turn off. The postcode given for Radcliffe on booking.com is actually for the nearby Scarman building. Radcliffe is only 1 minute drive from Scarman but I wasn't paying attention and I arrived at Scarman my mistake. If Radcliffe has a different postcode it would be helpful to change it on the venue details, but not a big issue by any means.

Very clean, comfortable, well appointed room with nice modern ensuite bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities in room. Iron and ironing board and fan in room also. Plenty of hangers in wardrobe. Bar area open downstairs. Food available 24/7. Complimentary hot drinks in bar area with options for vegans including a dedicated oatmilk coffee machine and a decaffeinated machine. We didn't order any food but it looked nice.

There really were no negatives to this one. We enjoyed our stay and would come again. Only very slight negative was our room was near the kitchens and there was a noisy fan thing on the wall near our window. It was not loud enough to wake us or really bother us, but may be annoying if you like to sleep with a window open. ( room 102...I think the others are far enough away to not hear it)

Excellent condition of the bedroom, bathroom, lounge, reception and dining hall. Everything we needed was provided in the room. We liked the overall relaxing and cosy atmosphere in the building. The staff were attentive, helpful and professional. The breakfast selection was varied, tasty and plentiful. The free carpark was an added bonus. We visited our son at Warwick University, who was made to feel very welcome by staff when he joined us in the lounge. The Radcliffe Conference Centre is our first choice place to stay from now on and we have already recommended it to our relatives and friends. Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable.

Cannot think of anything negative.

Rooms were practical but not luxurious. Beds were comfortable, parking was complimentary and breakfast options were good. There was transport nearby and we could take pleasant walks around the campus. There was also a supermarket on the campus and other food options.

The check in was unfriendly and cold. They need to go to customer service school! The coffee at breakfast was lukewarm and tasteless. You can’t control the temperature in your room and one of our rooms was hot. I missed having a mini fridge 8n my room. That would have been useful.

Clean, comfortable and practical. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and rectified issuse quickly. Breakfast was great.

There was some confusion on check in with our room. We were given multiple keys that didn't work to the original room. We were told the room had a bath but when we finally got into the room it didn't have one. We were then assigned another room which did have a bath but when we opened the door, there was already a guests stuff in that room. We were then assigned a room with a bath and no extra guests and the rest of the stay was fabulous.

Nicky on reception was amazing. She checked our needs thoroughly as we asked for an accessible twin room. We also had my daughters assistance dog with us. We went to take the dog out to the toilet, and Nicky said there wasn't a bin out front but advised where we could leave bags and she would get them moved. There was a little letter left on our bed when we got back from a very busy day at Crufts to advise there was a bin to be left out for our use. A very lovely touch, and it shows they listen to your needs.

Nothing, the stay was perfect.

We were visiting my niece at university for 1 day only, so just needed a place to rest our heads ; this hotel was perfect! 10mins by car from conventry train station and a 4 minute walk to the campus. A range of cold & hot breakfast options to pick from; my favourite was the overnight oats. Presentation of the hotel was lovely and inviting; very clean rooms, basic but wasn't expecting 5 star; bathrooms spotless and shower gel provided. Staff were helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay again when we visit next and highly recommend. Thank you Warwick Conferences

Maybe.... fresher/freshly baked pastries as those offered were a tad hard. But absolutely couldn't fault anything else

The location is very convenient for visits to Coventry and Birmingham. Staff on reception were very efficient and helpful. I particularly like the Warwick Conference facilities for the excellent breakfast - the scrambled egg was particularly good. I like the bar & lounge in Radcliffe with its self-service coffee machines to suit every taste. Bar staff were friendly. I particulartly liked the fact that we were still able to have breakfast despite forgetting to book and pay for it in advance! It's great to be able to stay here even when not attending a conference at Warick University

The central heating radiators seemed to be off, which surprised me for the last weekend in November - I know technically Winter has not started, but I do like bedrooms to be warmer, especially with a storm blowing outside. I would have liked blood pudding for breakfast had it been on offer, but otherwise breakfast was near perfect.

This accommodation has free parking, a good location and all you need for an overnight stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and warm. The bed was also very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. We didn't use the bar, but it, like the restaurant, was an attractive facility.

Last time we stayed here, the breakfast was fantastic; this time just ok - it wasn't as hot or as fresh as previously. Every room has a refurbishment cycle, and this one felt like it was beyond half-way - a couple of ripples and stains in the carpet and a couple of wobbly fittings.

Very clean and comfortable room. Super shower. Good to be able to adjust/turn off radiator and open window as room very warm. Excellent black out curtains. Great location!

Very lacklustre welcome. Only got asked for my name and then told our room number. No information about where to head to find our room. Ended up using stairs after going down the wrong corridor. Found the lift that evening. No information about breakfast option or evening meal. We never found the complimentary hot drinks and snacks previous guests have mentioned. On check out, again, zero conversation. I've never experienced such a disinterest in guests. Disappointing.
