It is very peaceful. We had lovely views of the country side. The house is steeped in history and the original features have been kept wherever possible. Very traditional furniture in lounge and breakfast room. Tamarind was very attentive and easy to talk to and we felt very welcome. We loved the homemade cake which was such a nice touch to come back to after being out for the best part of the day. Our breakfast was excellent with a choice of granola, fresh fruit, stewed apple, fresh fruit juice and a lovely full English breakfast with a choice of scrambled, fried and poached eggs. The town of Kenilworth was a 20 minute walk from the farm and took us down a picturesque country track where we passed cows, horses, hares, rare breed sheep and alpacas.

We could not get a good reception/signal for the tv in the bedroom. This however did not detract from all of the other redeeming features.

The location was a bit out of the way but the hostess sent us directions before arrival. There was ample parking around the property. The hostess, Tamarind was really nice and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. She offered us tea/coffee immediately told us to to her if there was anything else that we needed. We walked around the farm area and saw their cattle chickens and very friendly beautiful cats and also sat out in the garden to drink tea and read. It was very peaceful and quiet as there is no passing traffic.

The room was great. The bed was comfortable, the shower worked perfectly and there was soap and shower gel. The breakfast was fabulous and not to be missed, freshly cooked by the host, with good coffee, toast, fruit and yogurt to go with the cooked offering. I was working at the NEC and this was a relatively painless 25 mins drive away.

I wouldn't say I didn't like it, but there are no pubs in walking distance, so it was an Uber or drive for an evening meal. However, taxis arrived quickly and weren't too expensive.

Very pretty and quiet

The stay was perfect but it states it’s a B&B Which is what we thought it was. But we had to pay for the breakfast separately at the property which we didn’t expect. So it’s advertised wrong not sure if that’s the farm or booking .com but it needs changing.

The owner was super nice and welcoming, and the room was clean and cozy. The bed was really comfortable – even for us as a tall couple – and we finally got the good night’s sleep we needed. Lovely peaceful location, great breakfast.We were just sad to leave but already planing to get back here soon.

Only thing I didn't like was that we haven't book this for more nights :D but that's just means we need to return to this beautiful place again

Good directions to get us there, and overall good communication before our visit. Parking very close to the entrance which made unloading easy. Our welcome was warm and friendly, and our suite on the top floor delightful, with some cake to welcome us too. I felt very at home. At breakfast I was feeling less than wonderful, but after my toast and delicious coffee, and a pretty fruit plate, all was well again.

I liked everything and was very comfortable. The top floor was a bit too many stairs for my elderly dog, so next time I'll ask for a room on the first floor. Not a hitch, exactly, but just something to note.

Great location, nice and peaceful. Rooms were immaculate, homely, and very comfortable. Kenilworth Castle is a short walk away and Stratford-upon-Avon not too far a drive either. Tamarind was a great host, at the end of a phone for any queries. Home-made cake and teas were a lovely welcome. Tamarind went out of her way to make our room up early. Beds were really comfortable with a lovely view of endless fields. Our stay ended with a breakfast with everything we needed. Fresh fruit, juice, yoghurts, and a hot breakfast wrapped up a perfect stay. We'll definitely return.

Fabulous B&B, only stayed one night en-route to Heathrow, but will certainly go back if I'm in the UK again. Location is lovely, right out in the country and very quiet. Tamarind is a perfect host and bakes a mean victoria sponge as well. Room was ideal and spotlessly clean, had the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. Breakfast was delicious. If you visit and don't sample the food, you'll have missed out!

We loved the personal way Pleasance Farm is run, with a friendly, relaxed host family who were lovely to deal with. Breakfast was great, and the homemade cake on arrival was absolutely delicious! We loved the views out of the windows and the big, comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again.
