The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. There were less choices of evening meals but still of very good quality and the bar was well stocked with labels to suit everyone. The room I occupied was a double so for one person there was plenty of space and I wasn’t tripping over anything, the room was light and airy not much of a view but then I had asked for a quiet room so I actually got what I asked for and not a view. The hotel is positioned on a main road and access to and from to the surrounding areas is very good.

For me, being on my own at the hotel I can’t pinpoint anything that I didn’t like about the place, may have been different if I’d been with family but even then I don’t think there would not be a reason not to go back.

It's a little dated, but nicely set out with lovely furnishings, the breakfast was OK, nothing special and quite pricey for the choices offered. The rooms were a very good size, and the beds were comfortable. There is no lift, so please state any issues beforehand if you struggle with mobility. We stayed for 2 nights for crufts, it around 20 mins away so all good. The staff were attentive, and helped with anything asked. They only offer basic food so we ate out. All in All a good hotel for the price. Apparently they have just changed hands and food should be on next year!

I originally booked for one night but ended up staying for two. The room rates were very reasonable and offered real value for money. The current owners only took over five months ago, and it’s clear they’re already working hard to upgrade the property. I’ve read some negative reviews, but my own experience was very different — I have no complaints. On arrival, I was immediately upgraded to a king-size room. It was clean, the furniture was good quality, and the bedding was fresh and spotless. The mattress was firmer than I prefer, which left me a very uncomfortable the first night, but that’s a personal issue and not a reflection on the hotel — some guests actually prefer extra-firm mattresses. I will add that wherever I stay, my back always suffers. This is a me problem. I am certain that if i had mentioned it to the staff, they would have happily found a solution. For dinner on my first night, I had the Lamb Rogan Josh. It was hot, flavourful, and well presented. Some reviews suggest the food is microwaved, but honestly, at this price point, it wasn’t an issue for me. Breakfast the next morning was excellent. They offer a wide range of options, and my son and I both enjoyed a full English. The food was served in stainless steel warmers, and because we ate early, everything was fresh and hot. My only suggestion would be for them to invest in plate warmers, as cold plates meant the food cooled more quickly than I’d like. I mentioned this to management, and they were receptive and appreciative of the feedback. Throughout my stay, the staff were unfailingly helpful. They might have been a little inexperienced in places, but they more than made up for it with kindness and effort. For example, they carried my bags to my room on arrival without hesitation. Overall, this hotel represents excellent value for money. The new owners are clearly investing in improvements, the staff go out of their way to help, and are courteous. I would happily stay here again.

The cold plates at breakfast is something that I prefer, and an easy fix for the hotel. That would really help with any complaints about the food. The bath was clean, but very slippy when I showered. Anyone with poor mobility could fall if they took a shower. That might need looking at. The mattress was too firm for my liking. However, they can't please everyone in this regard and as I've said: wherever I go, I have the same problem.

Staff were fantastic as they have always been. There is all you could wish for or need in terms of facilities. Housekeeping provided a fabulous supply of coffee and milk upon my request for it to be refreshed one morning! The room was as always tidy, clean and very comfortable. Well done! In the booking the room was said to have a wardrobe, safe and desk with chair. These were missing from my room. However, there was the excellent bonus of a fridge in the room. There was also a comfortable chair to sit in and there was a railing with some hangers on. I am very confident given the excellent service at this hotel that had I needed to stay during the week and/or needed some space to work then they would happily have provided a desk and chair for me to do this.

Our stay at the hotel was overall a pleasant experience. Everything was okay and met our expectations. What truly stood out, however, was the excellent service provided by the manager, Rony. He went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable and comfortable. We had a concern regarding the restaurant, and Rony addressed it promptly and efficiently. His professionalism and warm approach really made a difference. It’s always reassuring to see someone take genuine care of guests' needs. Thanks to Rony, our stay turned out to be even more beautiful. Highly appreciate the hospitality!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their service was truly wonderful and friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I genuinely appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout my visit. I would absolutely love to come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay!

Overall it was a good smooth experience from check in to check out. It is under new management and there is a noticeable difference from a few months ago when I stayed there whilst under previous management. Very good and polite customer service from new managers, feels good staying there. Of course, the best point is brilliant water pressure in the shower!

Everything was pretty good value for money but it could do with some refurbishing in the rooms, although it is not outdated really. Also, it would be great if bar would stay open for longer than 10pm.

We booked the apartment and was lovely stayed there with our children was perfect for us all ...and very comfortable and great value for money

Honestly everything was exceptional and we was happy with everything we experienced at this lovely quiet hotel and lovely Morden apartment and very spacious and lovely spec ..the staff are very polite and always make sure you have everything you need and very welcoming...definitely recommend the apartment for a few nights it's a beautiful get away 😊

I was looking for a quiet hotel that had a good restaurant and local amenities for meeting up with my sister so we could meet in the middle and have a lovely weekend. Warwickshire Park Hotel was absolutely fantastic for that, it is in a great location, away from busy streets so there is no noise at night, yet very easy to find with a big car park. The room was spacious, well laid out and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and I slept easily. The food from the restaurant was well priced and tasty, we had such a lovely evening sitting near the bar, the staff were friendly and efficient and made us feel very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, so many choices and all absolutely delicious! We both enjoyed the Danish pastries immensely. Also the fact that the hotel is dog friendly was so wonderful as it meant my sister could bring her old dog with her, he hates to be left alone so for him, he had a wonderful weekend too!

There were a couple of stains on the towels, understandable when they are white but not nice as a guest. Also no bins outside was a bit of a pain after walking the dog, we had no where to dispose of dog poo so had to leave it by the car overnight and take it with us to find a bin the next day.

We arrived and was met by a pleasant girl on reception, the room was ready, it was a large nice king room with views, had all the facilities required. Nice bar and drinks not too expensive. We were room only, the bed was very comfortable, nicely decorated, very spacious. Great location off the motorway, beautiful country side surroundings, close to Kenilworth, Balsall Common and Coventry.

We only had one problem which we reported the bathroom door did not close unless slammed, hopefully they will sort this problem.
