A clean, comfortable hotel. Good gym. Helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Close to Warwick. Spacious bedroom with complimentary water.

No fridge or safe in the room. Very surprised at that. A fridge/minibar would've been handy for us to store a few chilled items we'd brought with us. The service in the club room/bar is poor. The staff are pleasant, but service is slow and disorganised. It took 15 minutes to get 2 coffees, even though we were the only customers. On another occasion, it took over half an hour before we got the right order - toast and crumpets. The tables aren't numbered, so serving staff don't know where the food and drinks need to go. When we eventually got the missing part of our order, it was cold and had barely been toasted. Really, we should've sent it back, but by then we were fed up, and needed to go. It feels like no one is supervising the quality of the food leaving the kitchen.

Breakfast in the sports bar. Be aware your having your breakfast in amongst all the leisure centre users. It’s very hectic and noisy, leisure centre users are getting their refreshments in amongst you. Also breakfast items had to be replenished at the request of the guests. I personally think the staff should be constantly checking for shortages and topping up. Not the guest asking for glassware, coffee machine being topped up. Hot food items absent. Please note the staff at breakfast are extremely pleasant they just need better organisation. The hotel are in the process of having a new restaurant built and hopefully this will alleviate the above problems and a more pleasant experience for guests.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was great and huge. The pool and spa facilities were really good, really clean, modern and spacious.

The breakfast could have been a lot better. It felt very basic compared to the rest of the experience. There was also very limited supplies. All the pastries has run out when we arrived and were only stocked up with a couple when we were leaving. The hot buffet also ran out and we had to wait a while for replacements. The breakfast cereal range was very bog standard. I'd have expected something a little more to match the standard of the room and other facilities.

quick one night stay with my nine year old son as we needed to be at a competition close by the following morning. We loved the pool, had a lovely meal and a relaxing evening in our room. Staff are very friendly and really helpful. It was really good value as well for what we paid I felt.

I'd have liked a safe in the room to put my valuables, watch, rings etc in whilst we went to the leisure club. Wine served in the restaurant wasn't cold but the lovely waiter did say a fridge problem and got me some ice. Not ideal for them though.

Rooms very comfortable and bathrooms clean. Shower easily accessible. Swimming pool and spa lovely, the children's pools were perfect for our young grandson. Evening meal and atmosphere in bar was very enjoyable. Food was great.

The breakfast offering wasn't the best, only one coffee machine was working so we had to queue. The food wasn't replenished very quickly, so there were no pastries when we wanted them. The hydro pool in the spa wasn't working, and there was an aqua aerobics class happening in the pool when we went down for a swim so other than swim in the swim lanes or sit in the children's pool we couldn't use the pool until they had finished.

Checking was annoying we arrived at 2:30 and friends got their room key we had to wait and was still not available at 3pm when we had to leave to attend our event. The whole leaving our bags was messy and was not comfortable leaving them near the door to toilets. Had to ask for a receipt or something and then the young man said he would take to our room, which was not ready? When we returned late on night the room was lovely and bags there just some rubbish’s left on floor in bathroom. Also might be worth remind guest you need key code for gates when you leave as we got stuck as handed cards back in when checked out. This said did not spoil our stay and would come back and recommend to others.

Have stayed here a few times and the rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. Always very clean. Ask for a room on the first floor and at the rear of the hotel to avoid the noise of people coming and going to the gym etc below your window. Only slight niggle is the fan in bathroom is centrally controlled and never goes off! It did get turned off for me overnight when I asked despite them saying it couldn’t be! The staff are always really helpful and pleasant at reception. Not tried the food but the gym and pool are really nice, but get very busy at peak times.

Clean, modern hotel with spacious comfortable rooms in lovely grounds. Good pool and spa facilities, perfect for a night away with the kids. We stayed in half term and they had floats in the pool which they enjoyed. Adults took turns to use the spa which has a large well maintained jacuzzi. Need to come in warmer months next time as the outside seating area looks nice overlooking the golf course.

Nothing not to like as such however drinks are quite expensive and the hotel lacks a bit of atmosphere in the evening. New restaurant is an improvement though.

Friendly helpful staff. Happy to split the bill which made it easier for us. Lovely rooms. We had interconnecting rooms which were great for 4 friends. Good food not over priced. We ate in for 3 nights. Good location. Need a car but easy to get to lots of different towns. Large swimming pool and adult only spa facilities.

Modern hotel with emergency lights which glowed at night. Fan in bathroom designed to be on all day and night. Remember to shut the door. Being very picky really. Got used to it and once asleep in comfy beds then it's not a problem

Lovely location and rooms were faultless and nicely decorated. The chap on breakfast was superb and looked after us really well, arranging a particular breakfast item on request, was really knowledgable, friendly and professional.

We ate in the bar in the evening, the table was dirty (which is not the end of the world) but the person serving our meals made no effort to wipe the table or come back to attend to it even though we mentioned it. Food looked like it had been sat under the lights (chips and cheese had gone quite crusty).
