The Staff were very welcoming and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Greeted with lovely smile and extremely nice. Even when I arrived trying to park the car they moved one of the staff members car so i could park safely. I arrived early and the staff went that extra mile to get it ready for me. The room was very nice and clean, great tea and coffeee facilities. The pillows and bed itself was really comfy and had a giid night sleep. The water was really hot The breakfast was exceptional, a great selection and variety of food. Everything was piping hot when served. the staff always was couteous and greeted with a smile and had time to talk even though they were busy, nothing was too much trouble. The table service was amazing, good clean cultery and china. I would definite recommend this hotel to anyone. I overheard that they also accommodate breakfast to non paying guests too at a very reasoable price.

I felt that everything was really well equipped, I have no negativity with this hotel whatsoever.

The staff were very polite, the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs. The breakfast was cooked to order and was perfectly cooked, the staff at breakfast time were very efficient, polite and professional, the choice of cereals, yoghurts etc was very welcome and the coffee was both lovely and kept coming. The car park was just the right size and I managed to find a space without any issues.

The room was very comfortable, but definitely on the cosy side. Perfect for one or two nights but would start to feel cramped for any longer stays. The garden seating area looked lovely and the bar looked good, but we received no information about these facilities. That would have helped. On arrival, we had to wait at the door for nearly 5 minutes after ringing the bell.

Central and within walking distance of where we were going to a concert. Free parking was a plus and walking distance from center so didn't need to use the car once there . Friendly welcome and room was perfect. Booked a twin room for mum and I and surprised to get a double and a single bed in a clean well equipped room . Bathroom also very clean and modern. Breakfast was either cooked or continental or both . Good range of cereal fruit yogurt and more . Option to have omelet or full English ect all very well prepared and presented. Staff were friendly helpful and efficient. All worked very well together. Would definitely recommend and if the need arises to go back to lemmington spa we would definitely stay here again .

Nothing .

I have been staying at this accommodation for at least 13 years. Every stay is superb - in terms of the quality of the accommodation, the service from staff and the overall cleanliness of the establishment. Its location - just round the corner from the Royal Leamington Spa Bowling Greens - is absolutely ideal. The fairly short walk into the town centre gives access to all the shopping opportunities and eateries for an evening meal. Everything from McDonalds and Wetherspoons to 'higher end' British, European and Asian cuisine.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

We had a triple room which was very large with plenty of storage. It was in a separate building to the main one, just a few feet away, which we weren't aware of when we booked but it wasn't an issue. The waitresses at breakfast were very nice. There was a nice garden at the back to sit in and was a 10 minute walk to the town.

Not enough parking for the amount of rooms and a breakfast menu on the table would have been nice, to save the waitresses repeating themselves every money with all the options!

Room (no.7) clean and comfortable, though rather small. Adequate enough though for the amount of time we spent there. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Room 7 overlooks the kitchen of the care home next door. Even with bedroom window closed, we were disturbed from early morning until late evening by the noise their large scale extract fan. Also if that kitchen had it's window open, you could hear the rattling of pot washing well into late evening. It seemed to stop by about 11.30pm. A previous stay was at the back of the property which was very quiet with no disturbance.

Good welcome. Easy parking on site. Room 18 moderate size but well decorated and equipped. Excellent ensuite shower room. Quiet room , window to side of building. Thick carpets. Must have started life as an upmarket home, high fine ceilings in the reception rooms. Good choice at breakfast, hot dish prepared for me. Had to choose a halfhourly time for breakfast, good idea as it avoided a rush period. Easy walk to town and attractions.

The bedroom doors were plain cheap panel doors, let down the rest slightly.

I liked that this was family run and everyone was exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of choice, particularly of fresh fruit. The little touches of glass pots of yoghurt fruit and granola mixed were very welcome and the staff were really attentive. The room I stayed in had a sofa as well as the king size bed which was excellent. The location couldn't be better with strolls through the beautiful parks taking you to all the facilities of the town. Free arking at the hotel was a bonus and the location meant we didn't have to use the car at all during our stay.

Really small niggle my bed was a bit hard but I'm a side sleeper and need a little more give in the mattress. It would have been perfect for a back sleeper. The lodge has no baths but I always shower so this was fine for me.

Excellent location - close to the railway station and easy walking distance to the events that I was attending. Plenty of room for breakfast and with an OK selection. All clean but feeling a bit aged. Breakfast options meant I had nice beans on toast on the second morning. Radiator was on so towel was warn and it took the chill off the autumnal mornings.

Breakfast was OK but bacon a bit too dried out and tough. It feels a bit neglected to still have all the Covid signs and dispensers in place. I missed having a nice cup of tea on arrival but found the kettle, tea and biscuits tucked away in the bedside table on the second day. Shower screen didn't seal well with bath so my shower left a pool of water on the floor. I don't think it damaged anything but I felt a bit guilty to made a mess. Needs a bit of a tweak on the state of the seal.

The back rooms was spacious beds comfortable and clean! That’s didn’t seem to be much noise at the back other than a few people talking. The property was a stone throw away from the town centre prefect location

There wasn’t enough room in the car pack at first but we eventually managed to get a space. the bath rooms could do with abit of modernising, the water pressure wasn’t amazing the water kept stopping and starting but we didn’t let that effect are stay! Are family at the front of the property didn’t have any problems with there showers
