Thank you so much Paul for a 5***** stay, lovely clean guest house and atmosphere, and Paul is so friendly and always happy to help. Great location too! We loved every second of our stay here and in Warwick. A lovely surprise of fresh flowers in the room on arrival too! Everything was exceptional, everything you need is in the room, which was clean, roomy and comfortable. Really comfy bed!!! And brilliant value for money, we stayed for 5 nights and will definitely be back in the future! Thanks again Paul :)

Zero complaints whatsoever!

I liked everything. I liked that it wasn't a big chain, the fact there was a genuine person there, that he was honest and forthright about what they offered and expected from guests, the period building, ease of access (I use a stick to walk and still walked to every attraction in town), how quiet it was, the value for money. Even the other guests were nice to meet when we bumped into one another in the hall. Just did everything it said on the tin (barring the weirdness on booking dot com website that lists breakfast, which the owner cleared up and offered a refund of I wasn't happy). Anyone having a grumble about no breakfast should check their maths and compare the price of literally every other hotel in the area.

Great value spacious double room with a comfy bed and breakfast making facilities (toaster, kettle, microwave). Host Paul is lovely and really welcoming and accommodating. We managed to easily get parked on the driveway of the guesthouse at the front, but there’s also plenty of road parking if that isn’t possible. There’s a big Tesco Extra about a 5 minute walk away and a short drive or a 15/20 minute walk into the town centre. We had a great stay and would return if we are in the area again :)

Upon arrival, Paul welcomed us in a friendly manner and provided all the essential information. The room was clean, spacious, and cosy, equipped with everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we fell asleep immediately. The location is just a 15-minute walk from Warwick town centre, making it very convenient. Overall, Westham offers great value for money and it is highly recommended.

There was nothing that we didn't like about the place. If we visit Warwick again, we would definitely stay there.

Host very helpful and cordial. Excellent value for money. Couldn't believe how quiet it was in the room just a few metres (the length of a car) from the very busy rush hour traffic. In room catering facilities extremely handy.

Very limited parking and location on busy junction on major route into town a blessing but a curse at rush hour and school run times. Nothing the owner can do about this but something to be aware of. Nearby hotels are no better placed.

I booked the family suite and it was excellent. Hospitality from the owner was top notch and beyond previous experiences. He was happy to give us directions to amenities and the Warwick Castle which we came to see. It looked great in the photos and was better in person, very happy with the stay and for a family suite especially the pricing was excellent. Would recommend to others or stay again in future

Westham is a little treasure. Well situated, within easy walking distance of the Town centre, My room spacious, tastefully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean and smells nice ( the fresh flowers made a lovely finishing touch). I like that there's a fridge, microwave and toaster as well as plenty of complimentary coffee and tea etc. Our host is warm and welcoming and gave lots of useful advice about getting around and sightseeing. I would certainly book to stay here again another time.

Booked a last minute stay where I'd arrive 45 mins after check in and was accommodated with a late check-in. Paul even saved me a car park spot for when I arrived after 3 hours of driving which was massively appreciated! The room was clean and had all the amenities you could need. Plenty of plugs in the room and a desk if you need to set up a work area. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone staying in the area!

Paul met us on arrival and explained access to the property and facilities. He was very helpfull in suggesting local sites and attractions. Room was a family room although there were just two of us it consisted of two bedrooms and a toilet/shower room joined by a coridoor.

Although we were able to park off road at the front of the property there are onlt 3 spaces so when busy you may have to park in the busy road opposite.

Paul who I contacted initially and who met us with the key was charming and extremely helpful we could have chatted and enjoyed his company for very much longer than time allowed. The room was pleasant and comfortable and had everything we needed with two chairs rather the one which we have usually encountered in previous hotels and rooms we have stayed in. it was clean and neat We enjoyed our stay very much and would return again without hesitation.

On entering the building there was a slightly musty?old food smell which was a bit disappointing. The hall and stair carpet was good quality but looked dusty and in need of a vacuum running over it. We do hope that Paul will accept these small negatives as constructive rather than niggling.
