Staff fantastic! Lovely room - comfortable and clean. Welcome was great. Big shout out to breakfast and fab young man on duty this morning (3.3.25). Thank you! Will definitely return and would highly recommend. Even if you aren’t staying, the food and service is wonderful
The only thing I could criticise is evening meal service. Nothing substantial but waitress didn’t look happy at all, we asked for a bottle of wine which was placed on the table with 2 glasses with no conversation or interaction, we had a beef dinner and would have liked some mustard but weren’t asked. As I say, nothing major but could be improved. Also, would have been good to know that bar closed to residents at 10pm. As I said, minor points - fab place and we will be back soon. Thanks all.

Great pub and lovely room. Bed and pillows very comfy. Good drink selection in the pub and a good choice of made to order breakfast in the morning. All delicious and we had coffee and juice too! Served 8.30 till late morning. They were very helpful about the events at the pub that night and the local ones too. Iron in the cupboard whilst not needed was a nice surprise.
It was very hot, no fault of anyone's though! The car park is a little tricky to find, you need to head for New Street and keep an eye on the one way restrictions, not a criticism but this might help someone else from going round in circles hopefully!

Excellent place to stay in Warwick. My sister and I were having a family break as we don't see each other regularly and the Tilted Wig was perfect for us especially as we had the most perfect weather. The room was looking over the centre square which was full , for the majority of the day, with lovely people enjoying the sunshine. We ate most evenings at the Tilted Wig and the food was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful and was available up till 11:45 which was amazing. We felt very comfortable and relaxed in the hotel and the staff looked after us and were all friendly and helpful.
The room was refurbished and the decoration was lovely but it felt as if it was designed by a male (I'm probably not allowed to say that any more) There were no drawers at all in the room and as we were staying for 3 nights we found this difficult.

We ate in the pub in the evening we also had breakfast and the food was very good. The staff are lovely and friendly . The pub is in the main square where you can sit outside ,the square had also been set up for a market the following day. It is a lovely old pub. The pub has a small car park
We ate at 6.30 but the pub had already run out of food on the specials board which was disappointing. The bedroom was very very hot there wasn't any air conditioning ,and we could not open a window because it was on the main square where people were drinking outside. There was also a singer on in the evening and that went on until 12 which we were not aware of when we booked.

Stayed for one night for a catch up with a friend as the location was half way for us both to meet. We were both pleasantly surprised by how lovely and clean the room was. The decor is really thought out minus the curtains. We stayed on a Friday night and we were informed on check in that there would be live music until 11pm. It was noisy and we could also hear people drinking out front too which is to be expected staying at a pub and we didn’t really mind! Location is perfect, staff were all so friendly and professional and the breakfast was an added bonus. One of the best hotel breakfast I have had and I have stayed at A LOT of hotels being cabin crew. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic location for Warwick Castle, helpful and friendly staff. The food was exceptional, breakfast was included and you could choose from a variety of options. We had a decent steak and the next night a roast, all were of good quality and very tasty. Room was very clean, modern and comfortable, decent shower and had all we needed. Would definitely stay again.
Parking was limited at the Inn but the manager was helpful and we did get parked round the back. Rooms were a bit squeaky on the floorboards but given that it's a 17th century inn we let it go as all the positives outweighed any negatives.

The staff were excellent- really friendly and helpful. The room was smallish but really clean and well presented. the breakfast was excellent and the location midweek was spot on (may be noisier on weekends as next to a Wetherspoons and our room overlooked the square). Our meal in the bar was delicious . Although I could hear the music downstairs faintly it was perfectly quiet from 11pm.
The only reason I'm not giving it full marks for the price is the shower- neither my mother or I could get it to work properly and it wasn't really convenient for me to find a member of staff at that point.

Warm welcome from staff. Staff interaction with each other was genuinely happy & funny - you could see they worked well together and enjoyed what they were doing and that showed and makes a huge difference in the experience. The decor is gorgeous. The atmosphere is relaxed and homely The food is insanely good! Hats off to the chef - it was the best steak I’ve had in years. The lady in the restaurant was super helpful and friendly and all staff were attentive. Rooms are gorgeous, immaculately clean & come with all amenities you need for a stopover & beds are so comfortable - great nights sleep. Location is perfect too
Nothing - if you can find something wrong , then you’re being picky - it’s best place to stay in Warwick

I really enjoyed my 1 night stay and will return at another time. Little things that were hiccups - resolved quickly and cheerfully between us. 1.Getting into your parking space, entrance blocked, so parked in New St car park until sorted. 2. couldn't find shower isolator switch! but soon sorted. 3. Hair dryer didn't work - checked by housekeeper and referred by her to maintenance team - gave me the spare one to use. 4. Lovely breakfast, except home made hash brown was very greasy and I chose not to eat it. It was thought, that the fat it was fried in wasn't hot enough and the chef would be told. I slept very well and loved the ambiance of the hotel and staff. Thank you very much.

Room was clean and comfortable. Food including breakfast was delicious. Staff were helpful. Evening entertainment (local singers) on both Friday and Saturday were great. Short walk to Warwick castle so it was perfect for our stay. Bonus of a market directly outside the property on the Saturday.
Clearer instructions regarding the parking at the back of the property. We phoned and got told about the parking but couldn’t find it. We paid for parking in the main car park and then walked to the property to be told we could park at the back.
