Bed was very spacious and comfortable. The facilities were amazing, face soaps, shampoo conditioner, small bottles of water and tea and coffee all provided. The little fridge in the room was a godsend as we could store our sons milk and yoghurt. Bathroom very nice and very clean. Nice sized room and great tv. Breakfast is AMAZING!

The "sofa bed" was a fold down single seat. Size wise it was fine but there was no matress on it, again not too bad as had good suspension for comfort but it meant all the metal bits were exposed on the sides of the ned and every time he sat up with his legs over the side his skin kept getting trapped in the hinges. Everything else was wonderful.

There was ample parking, quiet location, beautiful entrance and bar area. Receptionist was ever so polite and welcoming, we got to our room and they had laid our sofa bed out beautifully for my stepson. The beds are so comfortable, shower and facilities in the bathroom are clean and in working order. I've never slept so well in a hotel before. It is right near Warwick castle which was our destination the next day and reason for choosing this hotel. The breakfast was out of this world, everything fresh, so much choice for any requirement. Gutted we only stayed one night (looking for a reason to return!)

You have to pay for the car park, however for one night it was only £4 !

Property was clean, and looked really nice from the outside. Reception staff will call taxi for you and give recommendations on where to eat/drink in the town. Taxi into town was around £6.

When I booked I was under the pretence it was free parking as I set my filters to this. However parking cost is £17 for the two nights. Our room was quite dated, and the bed was a bit creaky but it was comfortable. Two bottles of 750ml water at the bar somehow cost me £9.90.

Excellent, on the first morning we stayed we had to be away first thing, so the very helpful lady running the breakfast service gave us a brown carry out bag and the assisted our young 8 year old daughter to get some pastries and spread, was very stressful morning for us made so much better by the attention given by your great team. Following day sat down for our breakfast in easily the most relaxed eating environment of any hotel we have ever stayed in, breakfast exceeded expectations well cooked great presentation and wide variety of choice for all.

Great breakfast spread. So much choice. Similarly with dinner menu. My friends first time with your company and they were really impressed Good bed linens and towels. Staff friendly, well presented and helpful in all sections. High standard of cleanliness.

Lounge chairs are really low and awkward. Not comfortable. On the dinner menu, I chose vegetables with teriyaki but it was pretty awful. It looked unappetising and the soggy vegetables were drowning in the highly flavoured sauce. Perhaps rethink it?

There was a hiccup with the room with no extra bed for my 18 yr old daughter. Reception quickly arranged an additional room for her and a complimentary drinks voucher. I could not ask anymore of the service provided. It was exceptional especially Albert who was so friendly and accommodating. The gluten free choice at breakfast and knowledge of allergies by the staff was very refreshing.

Carpark charge. Other hotels I have stayed at have not charged as long as we provided our reg number for the duration of our stay.

Me, my husband and son stayed here to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. We had a lovely room and breakfast included in the price. The room was spacious and we had a huge bed and a big sofa bed. The beds were very cosy. The bathroom was decorated nicely. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. The hotel is in an ideal location for the destinations we visited. We went to Cadbury World and Warwick Castle and visited a friend in Lemington Spa. All places are minutes away from the hotel.

Our view from bedroom window. It was supposed to be a courtyard view but there was a track of just muddy grass. Our room was supposed to have a walk in shower but had a bath and shower instead.

Perfect location to break up a long journey as it’s just off the m6. The entrance area was lovely and welcoming and as we were meeting someone,it was great that there was lots of seating area to relax in with large screen TV. The food was good and service prompt. The restaurant staff were very pleasant and helpful.

I always object to payment for parking. You have a huge car park so why be so mean? Our room was adequate with a comfy king bed but it was small and the bathroom tiny!

Had a room upgrade upon arrival, thank you; a lovely room. Staff were lovely, friendly. I was there for our annual Farmers' Ball, 300 of us! Superb meal, great band, great fun, friendly bar staff after the dance for those of us who stayed up for a nightcap. Comfortable bed, wow! Very quiet room at end of corridor & hotel location quiet even tho quite close to M40. Slept like a log! Great to have a bath & a shower & what a shower! I loved it - one of those static drench showerheads & a flexible one also. I've asked for the same room next year once we know the date of the Ball. Well done everyone - I had a great stay. Mwah! (kiss!)

Staff we so friendly and helpful. Gave the kids activity packs when we arrived and also upgraded our room for free. The room was nice and spacious and clean. It was one of the best buffet breakfasts ive ever seen in a hotel too. The choice and quality of the food was impressive. The hygiene practices were very high and they seperated the meats from the vegetarian food which I liked. Hotel is in a good location to get to various places such as Stratford Upon Avon and Leamington Spa.

The hotel restaurant was a little over priced and the food was just average.
