Nice size, comfy rooms and hotel was in a lovely quiet location, easy to get to by car with plenty of free on site parking. Pool was a nice size and not too busy. Kids under 5 eating free was great and bar food we had was very nice. All staff we spoke to were very pleasant, friendly, helpful and professional. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to the hotel.

The fridge in our room wasn't working. The staff brought an ice bucket to compensate as there were no maintenance people available to sort it which was OK but obviously would have preferred a working fridge. This really is only a minor complaint though, which staff did try to resolve for us and didn't by any means spoil our enjoyment of the hotel.

We loved it all: the buffet breakfast, the clean comfy room, the helpful staff. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We were a bit confused when we arrived. There was a large conference going on so when we arrived the main car park was full. The sign on the barrier said to use the other car park but because we had never been to the hotel before we did not think the other car park was part of the hotel as the sign on the barrier said NHS conference parking and you needed a code to get out. It was dark when we arrived and we were tired so we possibly missed the sign saying the car park also belonged to the hotel. Anyway, we managed to get a space in the main car park in the end as someone was leaving.

Our room was better than expected as we were upgraded. We had a meal in the bar which was very good, breakfast next morning, which was included, was also very good. The following minor issues we had in no way spoiled our enjoyment of this very comfortable hotel.

We didn't like having to park in an overflow car park a distance from the hotel when it turned out there were spaces outside the main entrance. Signs for an earlier event had mot been taken down. On leaving I had to return to reception to get the exit code, It would have been helpful if this had been more prominently displayed. On arrival, we entered via the wrong entrance and had difficulty locating reception, more signage would be helpful.

This hotel is about a 10 minute car drive from Warwick town centre. On arriving at the hotel, the reception area was lovely and clean and we were dealt with efficiently by reception staff. We were able to access our room half an hour early which was great. Our twin room was clean and comfortable and air con available if needed- which we did use. We had drinks at the bar but no food as we were going to watch a music event in Warwick Castle. Drinks were expensive, maybe this is something they could look at but I guess it’s what you expect in hotels these days. Breakfast the following morning was excellent. Good variety of cereals, juices pastries and cooked hot food, and again the staff were friendly and efficient especially clearing tables etc. The gym and pool looked great but we did not use them on this occasion.

Nothing.

Really lovely staff who couldn't be more helpful. Useful location for a concert we were attending at Warwick Castle. Room was nice and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Always nice to have tea, coffee and biscuits available. The main car park does have a fair amount of space, but there is a HUGE car park only a very short walk away.

Just small things, the room did have air con which worked well but was a tad noisy. The room was also pretty dark as only had 'mood' style lighting (but the bathroom was more than good enough for makeup etc). The TV wasn't working on our stay but it's ok as we didn't need/want to use it anyway as we were out and about.

Very lovely staff, all around from reception, bar, restaurant, spa reception, and cleaners. Dinner was very nice, as too was the breakfast. Shower was hot and powerful enough with a shampoo and shower gel combined gel available.

Mould around shower tray. Pool was very small, not much space for swimming, lots of people stood ik the pool chatting and kids wanting to have fun, for the size of the hotel i expected this to be larger for the capacity expected. only a steam room, no sauna or jacuzzi ( i thought it had these so this might be my fault for reading incorrectly)

The staff are very friendly and the place itself is great to relax in. Having experience of hotels ,this one appeals to me more than most. The location is a big plus. Not far from Kenilworth or Leamington Spa, it feels as if you are way out , deep in the countryside. The building itself has had improvements but retains an old-world charm, yet the hotel has the technical modernity that is now expected . I know there are Spa hotels that have facilities for lots more people to lounge around in face masks and fluffy designer dressing gowns, but I like what is provided at Chesford Grange. My shoulders and neck were released from their stressful bondage of knotted muscle and contracted connective tissue, but after only one massage session arranged in the Spa/ Leisure area which is in the process of being upgraded ! It has been a stressful last 3 years for me ,so it was lovely to find a hotel that ticked all my boxes . I even found out there's a steam room, which is perfect for a detox. So I have decided to stay an extra day and night as an investment in my own health and well-being.

Good location between Coventry and Warwick. Excellent staff who are friendly and helpful. Very good restaurant which is efficiently run and serves delicious food for both breakfast and dinner. Good size room with very comfortable bed.

The air conditioning was not working in our part of the hotel and, as the weather was hot, the room was stifling. The staff kindly provided two fans but they just pushed hot air around which made it difficult to sleep. Seeing other reviews making similar comments from over a month ago, this is clearly an on-going problem. The bathroom was looking tired with cracked tiles and leaking shower screen. The spa changing room floor was filthy.

Great room. Lots of space. Very comfortable bed and linen. Shower great. As we had brought our dog with us we were given a ground floor room with doors opening onto the grounds. Could not have been any more perfect. Lovely walk straight from our door. Staff very friendly and professional. The hotel is impressive.

We ate in the bar and the food was an expensive for what was given. We both had a burger. Mine was the mushroom burger which consisted of one large mushroom and a blob of cheese. It would have been quite tasty had it not been covered in an onion marmalade. The same applied to the meat burger definitely not value for the money. Unfortunately we felt the same way about the breakfast. Although the choice was very good.

A good hotel and perfect for what we wanted. Bedrooms are well appointed and to a good standard, I'd made a couple of requests when booking and they were met which was good. Food was good too, good selection at breakfast and for people who have dietary needs lots of options without have to ask for them which made a nice change.

The room was very warm even with the air on its lowest setting, the windows only tilt open which I understand for safety reasons but then when you close the curtains as they as so thick no air gets through. It's a big climb into the bath for the shower and whilst there are handles I do wonder how some people who are less mobile might manage this.
