Breakfast offered plenty of variety that you could choose from. Particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and cooked breakfast. Bedroom was great. Only issue was the chair at the dressing table. Caught my toe which is extremely painful. Dinner in the evening was lovely. Would like to see more choices on the menu and perhaps change the menu weekly.

As above when you stay for 9 days it would be nice to see a change in the dinner menu. Change the chair at the dressing table. Feet of the chair are a health and safety issue. I have nothing more to add. Overall the bedroom was excellent.

Easy to find, with gorgeous surroundings and views from rooms. Lots of parking. Friendly staff who were really helpful with local knowledge of good places to eat and tried very to solve our car charging issue. The bar was comfy with a good selection of drinks. The balcony sliding door was a lovely addition. Breakfast had a excellent choice and quality, really liked the yogurt bar and cooked breakfast options.

The room was tidy but showed signs of wear and tear. The chair faux leather was peeling badly and the shower head needed a really good clean. Speaking of the shower, it was set far to low (we aren't the tallest of people) that required ducking and was set to scorching and unable to adjust. Could do with with more electric charging points as only had 2.

Rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, very clean, and beds were lovely. Breakfast was a really lovely buffet style breakfast. Grounds were pretty, staff were friendly and professional. Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again.

The only gripe on this one occasion is that there was a huge event on with loads of guests, and while they had their own function room for their event, they all packed out the bar area making it difficult to order and eat food, and the courtyard doors didn't open, so it was boiling hot. If the guests not attending the event could have had our own space away from the crowds, that would have been far better.

Beautiful property, immaculate , lots of outdoor seating for relaxing . Huge beds, very nice bedrooms and bathroom . Staff extremely helpful , nothing too much trouble. Free hot and cold drinks and sweets and snacks available freely in the many seating areas . Breakfast was lots of choices all freshly made . Only a few mins drive from the town and various other sites . Would really recommend it .

The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and everything was clean, the area seemed quiet and we didn’t hear any noise at night from outside or from other rooms. The breakfast was good and there was lots of choice. Overall I’m happy with the stay and I think it was good value for money, the hotel is also fairly close to Leamington centre (a short bus ride away).

We had some small minor issues, for example the bath didn’t drain properly, so when showering the bottom would fill up with water and take a while to drain out. The room was quite warm, and we were woken up early in the morning when the radiators came on automatically, as they were a bit noisy.

Room had a nice view over the surround fields and hotel is located next to the River Avon. The staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was well organised and they refilled the buffet, even though they would be closing it soon. There is a small gym which is clean and well equipped. I was there for a friends reunion nearby but the location of the hotel would be ideal to explore Leamington, Warwick and Stratford upon Avon at a weekend price more affordable than those locations.

the room was clean reasonably spacious and comfortable. staff all seemed very friendly and helpful

ordered steak in the restaurant as an evening meal, the steak itself was very good and cooked just as I like it but it came served on a plank of wood (the plate was invented for a reason) if I wanted to eat like a mediaeval peasant I'd have gone in search of a mud hut. I'd also add that chips are obtained by peeling and slicing a potato, they should never come out of a bag.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here: the staff were all lovely and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the public spaces were well maintained. We enjoyed both the bar and the restaurant, and it was convenient having a free place to park in the Leamington Spa area. The accommodation is on a fast bus line and for those happy to walk, it is not particularly far from the town centre. We would stay here again without hesitation.

There were conferences on and it was a dull day so thought we would go in the games room but one of the meeting were in there for there meeting and even sat on conference calls in the communal areas which made us feel we had to chill in our rooms. No hot chocolate in rooms and I don't drink tea or coffee which was OK in the day as snack station I could get a hot chocolate but the machines were turned off at around 5

Absolutely everything! It looks so fancy when you arrive, the structure itself is stunning. The staff are amazing - from the lovely helpful reception staff to the highly attentive restaurant staff. The rooms were very well organised, nicely decorated, super comfy beds, gorgeous bathroom. The breakfast blew our minds. The selection and quality was top notch. There was a buzz in the dining room from everyone about the breakfast!
