What an amazing place to stay! Very nicely decorated and well preserved mansion. Extremely clean and smelled wonderful. The breakfast was simple and very tasty with fresh fruits and free range eggs! One of the best I had! Highly recommended! And to top it all. Beautiful gardens outside for one to enjoy.

The location is really lovely with acres of countryside all around and is a very peaceful setting indeed. The Manor house itself is gorgeous, and the conservatory where we had breakfast is stunning. We stayed for one night in one of the bungalows by the pond, which was comfy and cosy. We sat outside by the pond until the sun went down, which was incredibly relaxing and calming. Breakfast was delicious with quite a choice, and the service was excellent.

There is nothing to dislike, but if I had to complain at all, it would be about the lack of dairy-free margarine to spread on my toast at breakfast, that's all.

The location of Wethele Manor was excellent. Close enough to where we wanted to go and a beautiful, rural location. We were greeted by Simon, the owner, when we arrived, who took time to chat to us & make us very welcome. Our room was on the top floor & had fantastic views over the fields. Our room was beautifully presented & had everything we needed, including a well stocked tea & coffee tray & water. Breakfast was first class. There was a good selection of cereal & fruit & a high quality, well presented cooked breakfast. The staff were friendly & nothing was too much trouble. There is plenty of spacious parking & the manor grounds are beautifully maintained. Our stay was all we could have asked for & good value for money. We will definitely stay here again.

Nothing we didn’t like. All aspects of our stay were excellent.

The room was very large with an upstairs in the hayloft with 2 further beds. We only needed a double bed but would happily return as a 4. The shower was very powerful with plentiful hot water and it always good when there is a separate toilet. And the property has a communal set of toilets as well as in the room. The property provided a nice array of tea, hot chocolate, coffee ( bags) and biscuits. You could easily spend several days here using it as a base as the room had plenty of space and storage. It is in the countryside so no town/city noises. The breakfast was very nice as well.

I felt for such a lovely traditional property it was all very impersonal with no interaction with the owners/manager. There is just a note and the key left in the hallway for all of the guests. In the morning there was a server but they did not interact apart from taking the order.

Gorgeous location and a super building. We loved our room with its beams and stylish decor.

Very, very little. But we stupidly mis- understood breakfast times, arriving at 9:05. The girl looking after is, before taking breakfast order told us we were late and it’s 930 at weekends but dying on weekdays. She didn’t really need to say that there was no one else there and I’m not sure they had had any bookings for the evening before, so why make us feel so uncomfortable. Also on leaving there was no one around but just as we put our key on the table, the same young girl came out of the kitchen, looked at us and completely ignored the fact that we were just about to leave. Such a b no sleep there was no goodbye. Hope you’ve had a good day to come again Whatever Such a shame it’s a beautiful place. And a great breakfast.

Easy to find the property. Plenty of parking. Instructions perfect. Greeting delightful. Very quick service at breakfast. A good range on offer. Room was always warm and very cosy, nicely decorated with neutral palette with architectural details showing the structure and restoration.

Breakfast coffee became better on understanding it’s programme. Maybe the sausages could be a bit more rustic. Kettle in my room needed to be placed nearer the socket or a longer flex, quite unsteady. Blend of tea was not replaced on usage. Cobwebs on light fittings. Designated make up with mirror and hairdryer area? Could that be in the wardrobe itself to retain the quiet, simplicity. Small details only, easily remedied.

Virtually everything was perfect. Such a relaxing, quiet location

This is NOT the venue's fault but work was being done on the driveway (utilities I believe) so had to get up before 7am to park my vehicle on the grass verge next to the road or I'd be unable to move it until work completed.. There was enough space to park 3 vehicles on the verge but 2 were parked with a lack of consideration of anyone else so I had to park on a bend literally touching the hedge to get it off the road.

Located in a quiet rural spot only 15 minutes from Leamington Spa. Beautiful garden, which we enjoyed on a sunny afternoon. Staff and breakfast both superb. Red Lion pub with a garden only 10 minutes away. Advisable to book at weekends. Had a wonderful pizza!

The Manor is an old and beautifully restored building but be aware that the stairs are difficult for older people and more handrails would be useful.

Very cute furnishings and cottagelike, rooms were spacious, breakfast was very good

The water heating has issues, warm water comes out of both the cold and hot taps, for the shower couldn’t get it to any temperature other than quite warm. But I guess it’s a better problem than just cold water and it did improve in temperature after I tried to turn on the cold water tap in the bathtub

Beautiful peaceful historic house in gorgeous surroundings. Delicious, well cooked breakfast with an additional amazing selection of fresh fruits, cereals, yoghurt etc. Lovely, friendly and efficient lady serving breakfast. Characterful and comfortable room, great shower. Plenty of parking. Great pub in the next village. Superb experience!

I cannot fault it!
