Maria & Martin were lovely, allowing my daughter and I to love & fuss over the adorable Pepsi. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with plug sockets conveniently located everywhere; this is an absolute blessing when travelling with older children/ teenagers. Breakfast was generous, made to order, and it was delicious. We also appreciated the information and advice provided by Maria, particularly regarding directions to local sites.

The location along a main route makes it easy to find, but it can be challenging to enter/exit the parking area. If you are easily disturbed, the sound of traffic might be a problem. We weren't bothered by the traffic noise, as the fans provided to combat the 4th heatwave drowned out everything else.

Arrived to a warm welcome from Maria. Lots of information shared on the local area, map supplied, places to eat recommended, and menu choices for breakfast after a tour of room 4. The room was very clean, with white crisp sheets, fluffy towels, and lovely small details. Room 4 has a balcony door onto the garden facing the Tramway path, which runs behind the trees at the bottom of the garden. Has a well heated and aired room. Breakfast was a full affair, cereal, nuts, dried fruits, porridge, fresh milk, mango and orange juice, yoghurts, jams, butter, marmalade for toast with clean bottles and jars of marmite, peanut butter ...the lists goes on. Then, full cooked breakfast, veggie options, tea and coffee and tons of hot toast. All seats view into the green garden. Sunday morning, the bells peeled from 9 to 9.45am. A 10 minute walk across the parks from Stratford. We loved the walk back from eating and a play at the Bear Pit Theatre. Excellent meals at The Encore and Edward Moon. Definitely recommend. Plus car parking on site.

The Tramway walk is not lit but flat walk. We took a torch.

choice of breakfast on a pre order the night before, breakfast was cooked fresh the following morning and was perfectly presented and hot, a help yourself juice and coffee machine along with cereals, yoghurts and fresh fruit. no faults with anything. accommodation was clean and comfortable with toiletries provided along with cotton buds, cotton wool balls and wipes and tissues. in room kettle with both ordinary and decaf tea and coffee. would absolutely recommend. a bonus was being on the ground floor and seeing the birds and squirrels at the feeders.

Maria and Martin were excellent hosts; when I booked, they responded to an email request very promptly. The B&B was easy to find with a clear hanging sign visible when driving down the road and looking for house numbers. The welcome and friendliness was fantastic and local information was provided with a map. The breakfast was excellent and the on-site car park was invaluable for us. The ensuite room was good, with a comfortable bed and extra facilities included. Very conveniently situated and an easy walk to the RSC theatres (10 mins.) and the town.

It was not really an issue, but I would hang curtains with a blackout lining in the room, as it faces the road due to street lights.

Gorgeous cozy little B&B only minutes from the heart of Stratford. An absolutely great location with the bonus of free on site parking. Super cute room with everything we needed and all spotless. Delicious (and huge) breakfast cooked fresh to order (placed the night before) and which arrives, if by magic (but actually via Martin) to your table. Hosts couldn't be more helpful or pleasant. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Maria and Martin were very good hosts. The room was pleasant with a comfortable bed and good bathroom. We were able to have what we required for a non-cooked breakfast. We were able to park on-site each night although 6 cars would be the maximum.

The steps to the first floor are quite steep so a handrail on both sides might be appreciated by older guests. The storage space within the bedroom can be a challenge if the stay is for more than 1 or 2 nights e.g. the fridge on top of the hanging space works but probably not ideal.

Superb location for Stratford with a really pleasant walk into town along the river or a quicker route via the Tramway, an easy walk to the RSC theatre. Parking is at the front of the house and convenient. Martin was welcoming without being intrusive and our room was huge, warm, well furnished and contained everything we needed from a fridge to a large TV with premium channels. It was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was equivalent to any upmarket hotel, plenty of cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, etc and a hot breakfast cooked to order. Advice to prospective clients: Read the leaflets at the booking-in desk as there are many reductions to restaurants and local attractions. We could have saved 20% (£5.20pp) on the admission price to The Shakespeare Story had we but read the notice. The local pub, The Old Tramway Inn, does not serve food on Mondays!

There is nothing to dislike about Avonpark House.

Our spotless room was a good size with a spacious bathroom that overlooked the large garden. Great shower. Good choice of breakfast that was cooked to order every day. Perfect location - the property is about 12 minute walk into the main town. Quiet and peaceful area. Free parking at the front of the property. Lovely hosts. Highly recommended

Maria and Martin were really lovely hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they had good local knowledge. The accommodation was very clean and very comfortable, with a lot of attention to detail. The breakfast was great, with a good choice of cooked dishes as well as cereals, toast etc. The property is within walking distance of Stratford on Avon. We were also able to take advantage of some discount vouchers that were available from the Reception area.

We really could not fault anything - there was nothing we did not like.

Great location just a short walk from the town centre, with free parking at the front of the house. Martin and Maria are both really helpful and friendly, and made us feel welcome from the time we arrived until we left 2 days later. Our room was just right for what we needed, shower was luxurious, and the bed was super comfy! Breakfast on both days was perfect to set us up for the day. Thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing stay and will definitely be going back again - have already recommended to friends and family.
