Extremely clean, lovely comfortable bed. Owner very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good, generous and high quality. Excellent location near a small park within walking distance of all attractions and restaurants.
There is no lounge/ dining room. Breakfast is served individually in the rooms. No opportunity to meet or interact with other guests or staff. Felt a bit like being in quarantine. I suspect this routine is a 'hang on' from Covid. Didn't really suit us - but maybe a plus point for other guests.

The b&b is close to the station, and not too far from the centre of town. Lovely spacious room overlooking a small park. Very well furnished and equipped, even with a fridge, containing milk and water. Good choice for breakfast, served in the room at a time of my choosing.
I had been told that my private bathroom was across the hall, but hadn't actually realised it was a few steps along the corridor. Not really an issue, although a bit of a pest in the middle of the night.

Ashgrove House is very close to Stratford upon Avon town centre. Very convenient to many restaurants and sightseeing of Shakespears' birthplace. The room was exceptional with all necessary facilities. Breakfast was brought to our room as they don't have visitor breakfast room or lounge. Very good breakfast chosen the night before and brought to the room on time. Lovely, friendly owner and very helpful. Car park was near by and safe.
Nothing to complain about in fact the opposite !!

To Stay in Ashgrove House was a very nice experience. We had a nice clean room, with a very nice and interesting breakfast option: we had to choose our breakfast preference from a list and we got it in the morning at the agreed time in little baskets, that we consumed in our room on the foldable tables, in our pyjamas, which was a very nice and comfy experience :) The House itself is walking distance from the city centre and loads of nice pubs, restaurants and of course, Shakespeare's birthplace. Parking was easy, you just need to follow the instructions given. Staying in Ashgrove House is highly recommended!
Nothing in mind!

Ian was friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and we loved that it had a fridge. Breakfast was generous, with lots of choices and we enjoyed selecting from the menu and having it delivered to our room at the time of our choice. The neighborhood appeared to be safe. Location was OK, a bit of a walk to the city core, but not too bad. It was about 1/2 mile from the train station.
The only downside was the most annoying internet. It was some 3rd party supplier that kept kicking us off about every 15 minutes, twice in the middle of a video call. To get back in you have to go back to your settings and sign back in to reconnect. Inconvenient at best

The property is well located and easy to find. There is free parking, which is at a premium in this location, although it is up a rather narrow alley (the biggest cars today won't fit) and it's on quite rough ground. Check-in is in-person, and easy to complete. There is ample guest information. The owners are very helpful, pleasant and professional. The decor, fixtures and fittings are of a high standard, inside and externally. Everywhere is kept very clean. The wi-fi is fast and easy to access. There is ample choice for breakfast.
Only minor feedback really - the room and particularly the separate bathroom was a little small, although dimensions were accurately advertised. Those used to quieter locations will find the front rooms facing the busy main road (meters from the albeit double-glazed windows) noisy at all times other than at the very dead of night and could perhaps opt to book a room at the rear of the house. The traffic, including many very heavy vehicles, is unremitting and at peak times was often in standing queues, in both directions. The pre-ordered room service 'breakfast basket' is a novel idea and a tasty hot and cold selection, but some people will prefer a traditional dining room format.

Well set out room with lovely matching decoration and lots of extras. Fridge, real milk, tea coffee etc, shower gel and bits and pieces. Iron, fan, hair drier. Comfy beds. Picnic breakfast chosen the night before and delivered in a box and eaten at individual tables in bedroom. Delicious. Car parking. Friendly helpful hosts. Easy for Stratford centre.
Narrow entrance to car parking. A small thing which won’t put us off going again.

The hosts were very helpful in all aspects of our stay. It was very clean. Our room overlooked a beautiful park. It was only a few minutes walk into the centre of town. Breakfast was picked the night before and was delivered to your room in a hamper which we really enjoyed. It was a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again.
Nothing.

The Staff were welcoming and helpful with advice about Stratford. The room was comfortable and well equipped including a small fridge. Breakfast is ordered the previous evening and then is delivered to your room at the requested time. No hanging around in a dining room but then limited menu.
This is an older terraced house with narrow staircases and my room was up two flights of these. Some guests may find this difficult to manage.

The B&B is very close to Stratford town. It is scrupulously clean and very comfortable. Iain the proprietor and his wife are extremely friendly & helpful. We particularly loved the breakfast arrangement whereby you choose from an extensive list and it is delivered to your room in the morning at your chosen time. The choice of breakfast items are very good and plenty of jams were provided if you chose toast. There is are tea & coffee making facilities which are replenished daily, along with a fridge where fresh bottled water and milk is placed daily. we loved the use of reusable bottles, minimising plastic waste. There is parking behind the B&B by prior arrangement. we would definitely recommend this B&B and if we were to return to Stratford-Upon-Avon we would definitely book again.
