Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Great location

Host didn't realise we'd booked. Didn't reply to messages. Had to spend an hour on the phone to booking.com to try to get the code for the key.. Telephone number on booking.com to contact host is incorrect. Email sent to them remained unanswered. Be aware that the ground floor flat is number 19A not 19. We had a lot of very needless stress thinking we might have to drive home. No parking permit because host didn't provide one as they didn't know we we're arriving. Had to pay £23 to park for 3 days.

What a gem of a find. This place allowed us to go to the town centre and back as we pleased, it is a perfect location for all the attractions. We went to a variety of eating places, McDonalds for the teenager, Thai food and cocktails in the theatre third floor terrace. The apartment was immaculately clean and comfortable. I could not imagine a better place to stay in the centre of town. Utterly brilliant Thank you

Understandably with the location being so central is the noise factor of those leaving the pubs etc which on the Saturday evening extended to the early hours Parking near to the apartment was not available despite the owners kindly securing a permit. This however is not the fault of the owners but still quite annoying

Lovely house in the heart of the city. We had so much good time staying in, and we hardly had a space to leave the house for sightseeing. Lovely modern bathroom, little balcony and spacious living room we're competing with 2 spacious bedrooms in the top of the house. Kitchen was well equipped.

Just a comment to be aware, nothing to do with the host or apartment itself. It is lovely to get the car permit for free, but the house is on the corner junction and surrounded with double yellow lines. We were lucky to get the space on the other side of the street at 2am :) it was February, so it could be much more difficult to rely on street parking in the summer season. However, there is a carpark straight behind the house if you will struggle to find space in the streets. The apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users,as the house is spread across two floors and the stairs are narrow-exactly as you would expect from the old town house in picturesque town like Stratford.

Very centric flat. The owner was extremely nice and managed to get us a parking permit so we could park outside. 2 floors, two bedroom, living room area and kitchen. The bathroom had a shower and a tube. The apartment was spacious, really convenient and super centric. We were surprised of how big it was (didn’t seem so in the pictures!).

Two flight of stairs, that going with baby and a stroller wasn’t the easiest to manage, but was a minor issue really comparing with the added value of the place. 10/10

What a beautiful, very spacious and exceptionally clean apartment. The beds were so comfortable and the location was perfect. There's even a small private balcony with chairs provided, so you can sit outside and enjoy the warm sunshine in peace. I would highly recommend it.

Just to note that the bedrooms are on the second floor and bathroom, kitchen and sitting room are on the first floor. This was a concern for my 81 year old father who makes a couple of trips to the toilet during the night, but he managed.

The location was just perfect.

The bathroom was not on the same level as the bedrooms, which was a bit inconvenient. Only fan was in the kitchen, so only one bedroom could have a fan at night. The biggest problem was the outlets shorted in the middle of the night, but certainly some bad luck on our part and not anyone's fault.

Very Clean rooms. Jennifer was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Received information about the property early. Allowed permission to leave bags before checkin. Rooms are a nice size. Kitchen fully equipped. Towels were very nice.

There are a lot of stairs and only one bathroom located on main floor. Unfortunately we were there during a heat wave and top floor was very hot. Some fans would have been helpful.

The apartment has spacious rooms, comfortable lounge, reasonable shower and comfortable beds. Great location for the theatre and town centre restaurants.

The apartment is situated on a corner with traffic lights, so it was a bit noisy with the windows open, but that's to be expected for such a central location.
