The team were super friendly and the venue is great and I use it a lot for work conferences etc but never actually stayed. The venue took onboard my asks and gave me the perfect room. Unfortunately, late at night there was an issue which needed assistance. I wasn't expecting much as this was after 10pm but within 5 minutes, 2 maintenance team members appeared and try to fix it. It was clear that this wasn't something they could fix so within another 5 minutes, I was in another great room with all the asks that I had made and enjoyed a great night sleep. Things go wrong but its how you fix them that counts so huge appreciation to all the team

Amaizing place!so relaxing.amaizing facilities,I think the only thing they missing is a jacuzzi and a swimming pool 😅but other than that it's a great place!!would definitely recommend it and would definitely go back with pleasure

for some reason I woke up with a bit of back pain...I don't know if it the way I slept or the mattress wasn't very comfortable.but that doesn't affect the time spent there maybe try and keep the kitchen open a bit later for the weekend..as there aren't many options to eat out after a few drinks 😅(don't wanna drink and drive)

Very impressive looking building. Lovely cosy lounge area when you first go in. When I arrived the receptionist was very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Nice bar area as well. The room was very clean with large bed. I like the accent chair with foot stool in the room. The plug sockets in the room also included USB sockets which was very useful. (A lot of larger chain hotels don't have USB sockets in the plug sockets, which always annoys me).

It was a wet evening and you have to come out of the hotel to get to the room. The accommodation is in a separate building to main house.

Stunning surroundings, peaceful location, clean rooms and friendly staff

Was not aware it is a management training centre. There was a large corporate event on when we arrived that went on into the evening. Would have been great had we been able to sit outside and eat, however all the tables were cordened off for the event. We booked on the hoof and it was not clear that it was a management training centre on Booking.com. May not have booked if it was made clear. Also small double bed in a Deluxe King room :-(

The setting was beautiful. It felt very relaxing wandering around the gardens and sat looking at the view. The breakfast was very good ,the staff were extra busy as there were lots of guests. I would have preferred breakfast hours to have been till 10am at a weekend instead of 8.45am . The rooms were on the small side but that didn't bother us as the cost was very good. We also used the bar and the prices were reasonable .The bar was beautifully decorated and agsin ,views from the patio. Easy short drive to Leamington Spa, Warwick or Coventry. I would definitely stay here again .

All of it. Great room, nice, clean and modern. Stayed here a number of times and apart from once where my room was at the end of there accommodation blocks which had me in a sub par room. Every other time including this stay was great. Breakfast was as always very nice and the staff were friendly and professional as always.

Nothing. To the point where I was unable to make breakfast due to an early departure. They provided me with a breakfast bag which was a great touch.

This beautiful hotel is set in a leafy, tranquil location which immediately relaxes you! The receptionist is friendly and welcoming. The clean, spacious bedrooms are in modern purpose-built units dotted around the park, and provided a good night's rest. The 3-course evening meal is very good value for money, the bar area is very cosy and comfortable, ideal for relaxing and chatting. Breakfast choice is extensive and well presented.

Nothing to improve - all was perfect

We want to say a huge thank you to all the staff at Ashorne Hill - including a special shout out to Ryan and Jo. We booked some rooms for my sister’s wedding- to get ready in the morning before we went to the temple. We were blown away with how attentive and kind all the staff were in making this occasion special for us by offering spaces to get ready, take photos, offering help etc Really made the day start in such a special way! So grateful!

As a conference centre that caters for individual visitors as well, we couldn't have wished for better. A mix of old and new with stunning large grounds, we wandered around outside in the evening sun. There's plenty of private seating overlooking the vale as well as a sun trap garden. The set evening meal was exceptional value including a good house wine. The car parks within the large grounds meant we had no worries about the security of our 2 motorbikes.

Great Vegan breakfast, and I made use of the running trail around the grounds. Lots of parking and the staff were all great. If I have realised they had a gym and sauna I would have arrived earlier. I will be back.

No real issues apart from the idiot who parked so close to me I could hardly get into my car, but that is life and the hotel was not to blame. The car park was more than big enough and well marked out, but some people just don't think!
