The team were super friendly and the venue is great and I use it a lot for work conferences etc but never actually stayed. The venue took onboard my asks and gave me the perfect room. Unfortunately, late at night there was an issue which needed assistance. I wasn't expecting much as this was after 10pm but within 5 minutes, 2 maintenance team members appeared and try to fix it. It was clear that this wasn't something they could fix so within another 5 minutes, I was in another great room with all the asks that I had made and enjoyed a great night sleep. Things go wrong but its how you fix them that counts so huge appreciation to all the team

Very impressive looking building. Lovely cosy lounge area when you first go in. When I arrived the receptionist was very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Nice bar area as well. The room was very clean with large bed. I like the accent chair with foot stool in the room. The plug sockets in the room also included USB sockets which was very useful. (A lot of larger chain hotels don't have USB sockets in the plug sockets, which always annoys me).

It was a wet evening and you have to come out of the hotel to get to the room. The accommodation is in a separate building to main house.

The setting was beautiful. It felt very relaxing wandering around the gardens and sat looking at the view. The breakfast was very good ,the staff were extra busy as there were lots of guests. I would have preferred breakfast hours to have been till 10am at a weekend instead of 8.45am . The rooms were on the small side but that didn't bother us as the cost was very good. We also used the bar and the prices were reasonable .The bar was beautifully decorated and agsin ,views from the patio. Easy short drive to Leamington Spa, Warwick or Coventry. I would definitely stay here again .

Nothing , everything was done nicely

As a conference centre that caters for individual visitors as well, we couldn't have wished for better. A mix of old and new with stunning large grounds, we wandered around outside in the evening sun. There's plenty of private seating overlooking the vale as well as a sun trap garden. The set evening meal was exceptional value including a good house wine. The car parks within the large grounds meant we had no worries about the security of our 2 motorbikes.

Great Vegan breakfast, and I made use of the running trail around the grounds. Lots of parking and the staff were all great. If I have realised they had a gym and sauna I would have arrived earlier. I will be back.

No real issues apart from the idiot who parked so close to me I could hardly get into my car, but that is life and the hotel was not to blame. The car park was more than big enough and well marked out, but some people just don't think!

Lovely location with peaceful surroundings and well kept gardens. Efficiently run with helpful staff. Good breakfast, (but coffee was a bit disappointing).

The bathroom was a bit musty perhaps due to poor ventilation and some evidence of damp due to the age of one of the original buildings that we were staying in. Although we knew that the restaurant would not be available on our first night, it was a shame that the bar didn't have any snacks (crisps or nuts etc.) available to purchase with our drinks.

Easy check-in, very smart, clean and well maintained room. Breakfast was really good - choice of cooked or continental style. Lovely setting away from any town or busy road, but easily accessible from M40.

Some coffee options would be good - the filter coffee was OK, but I quite like an espresso in the morning. The actual accommodation buildings are modern and clash a little with the beautiful old reception building, but this is a minor gripe!

Everything was so lovely , beautiful grounds and friendly staff . We got upgraded to the deluxe mansion sweet which was perfect with a HUGE bath!

The breakfast wasn’t the best we have ever had. A good variety but sausages were brown one side and pink the other , the eggs were hard from sitting under the lamp and no yoghurts. However, a wide range of cereals and pastries , juices and coffee machines everywhere!

The rooms in the quad are lovely, other rooms good too, the breakfast area and evening bar are great too, nice outdoor games laid out on lawn outside bar, full cooked breakfast and unlike so many places they NEVER run out of mushrooms, tomatoes, sausages, bacon, orange juice or in fact anything. And the toaster is set right ! The gym and sauna are both free, closing at 10pm. I appreciated the free biscuits in the room. Maddie is a great receptionist.

I've made a whole bunch of bookings on bookings.com at various prices from £62 to £82, and this was one of them, as I thought it well worth paying more for this quality and character than the £42 I'd normally pay (no breakfast) for the Days Inn Warwick M40 nearby, my usual Monday evening roost. However forward bookings are now £150, and as my firm doesn't pay (Warwick is my usual place of work, so the hotel cost is "on me") for my travel/hotel, I can't quite justify that to myself. Please bring back the cheaper bookings at least for a few days in winter !!! You'll get more of my business if you do ....

Quiet location, comfortable room and good breakfast. Ashorne is a great place to stay, it does deliver a lot of training and events, so you are likely a spare guest amongst lots of teams who are all there for an event, but the location is excellent, well kept, clean and comfortable. With superb dining facilities overlooking a fantastic garden setting.
