Thank you for your warm hospitality - our family had a lovely stay. The house & gardens were charming, comfortable, clean, and close to Stratford-upon-Avon and other lovely spots worth visiting. We enjoyed the friendly chat on checkout as well as the great breakfast. We'd return without hesitation & highly recommend this property to others.

All great but just suggest considering adding a block-out blind to windows for lighter sleepers as in summer it's light outside by 4.30am & bright through the curtains & if you've woken up too early for any reason that can make it harder to drift back off to sleep.

The house was stunning and the views from our bedroom window was breathtaking. The room was lovely, with a comfy bed, very fast broadband, lovely bathroom with a powerfull shower and even bathroom robes. The breakfast was exceptional and the view from the dining room window, into the garden with the chickens was lovely to see. We were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast - delicious cooked breakfast. Room - extremely comfortable bed. Pretty view from the window. Location - Excellent for morning bus into Stratford - bus stop just outside house.

Breakfast - Previous guests' breakfast not really cleared from the breakfast table on second morning, and new settings not fully provided ( ie cutlery, plate and glass ), so rather messy and not pleasant. Would have been nice to have been offered more tea or coffee. ( Although realise that we were at the end of the breakfast time.) Room - Would have liked a shelf to put things in the bathroom. Parking - A little squashed and therefore did not always feel safe to drive in or out.

The welcome was warm. Beautiful property,location and room. Fab breakfast. Comfy bed. All great.

When heating was off (I was there just as we were coming into colder weather) I was a bit cold but I like a warm room and feel the cold more than some. I know 10am is now a sort of normal time to be out of rooms but I do wish that you got chance to have a lie-in which you can't if your needing to get breakfast and be out by 10. Just another little point was the main light was quite dim...my sights not great and I struggle to see writing without a bright light. Lamps were lovely and gave a cozy feel.

Proximity to Stratford was excellent but it felt like I was in the middle of the country. The owners welcomed us and were very friendly. I liked ordering breakfast and the time we wanted to eat as it was very efficient and not wasteful. The room was spotless and there was a kettle with biscuits and pub recommendations. The water pressure was excellent and soaps and shower gels all provided. I had a very comfortable nights sleep which is very unusual as I have a bad back so I was very happy. Breakfast was excellent, once again everything was perfect. I met their elderly cat who was a total sweetie. I would recommend anyone to stay there and I would happily return.

The house is in a tiny village, facing the green and a field, and was lovely and quiet. I had a very warm welcome, which was nice after quite a long drive and feeling a bit frazzled! The room was simple, clean and well equipped, and the bed was lovely and comfortable. It is close to some good pubs for food, and about a ten minute drive to a Morrisons Daily. Breakfast was very good. I had cereals (good choice, with yoghurt and fruit juices) and poached eggs on toast. A good poached egg is hard to find, but the ones I had were just about perfect. No runny white bits!

There really are no negatives, I was very happy with my stay. If you want somewhere quiet to stay, with amenities within a short drive, Winton House is a good choice I think.

What a fantastic B&B! The setting and surroundings are idyllic. James greeted us and was very welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious and full of helpful information! There were cards with suggestions or where to eat and the information booklet was full of everything and anything you might need to know. A highlight was the lovely Lou at breakfast. What a friendly woman who does THE BEST POACHED EGGS in the world! Thank you Winton House for a fabulous stay xxx

The room was spacious, warm, had everything needed for a comfy stay. The shower was great with lovely towels and had robes if required. The host was very friendly and welcoming. large TV and sofa also in the room with kettle and biscuits. The breakfast staff were very helpful and polite and cooked a wonderful breakfast. Thank you

It was lovely to be in the countryside but I did hear dogs barking and then the puss cats had a fight outside.... but really there was nothing I didn't like and would stay again.

The quiet, peaceful location was perfect. A traditional country house in a classic English village setting. Lovely, friendly people, comfortable well appointed room especially the bed. One of the best freshly cooked, English breakfasts we have had. Served by Lou with a friendly face and all fresh, local produce. We can highly recommend Winton House and wouldn't hesitate to stay again if in the Stratford area.

Comfy bed (a bit squeaky first night but James immediately sorted it after I mentioned it), lovely breakfast, friendly people (including Jo at breakfast), nice room, quiet.

Not a case of not liking it, and we'd stay again and recommend, but ideally the bathroom would have an extractor fan but we assume the building is listed or local planning for that village is such that one could not be put in if the vent went out to the front of the house.
