Nothing. Clean and comfortable

Small town hotel, quiet, rural ambience and wonderful friendly staff; easy access to stores, pharmacy and pubs. Free parking is available, a big plus if you are driving. Food had good flavor and seasoning, it was well served, in a nice dining area with indoor and outdoor seating available. The hiking trail to Moretón-In-Marsh is just outside the door (highly recommended activity, couple of pics included here).

There is no lift (elevator)which may be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. Our room had a malfunctioning hot-water radiator heater which kept the room excessively hot for the time of the year(Spring); unfortunately, we did not realize that until too late at night, therefore it was not turned off (could not be fixed) until the following day, after which the room temperature improved.

The staff were amazing especially Trudy who was absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough to help us, especially my daughter who has Coeliacs disease. ( Can't eat gluten) The hotel location was good as we were attending my niece's wedding opposite and the food, bar, lounge and parking were great. The breakfast and location for this was lovely too. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfy. As we couldn't access our room before the wedding due to it being at 12.00 we managed to get changed in the baby changing loo. Again the staff we kind, friendly, human and we can't thank them enough to make us feel welcomed. Thank you.

The room itself was a bit basic though with dated and chipped furniture, and old metal windows that weren't clean. The fan provided was very old and didn't rotate and some plug sockets weren't standard shaped sockets. There were big old stains on the carpets too and everything in the room looked very tired

We've been a few times and this is always our favorite place to stay. This was the first stay with our dog and they were very accommodating with good communication before our stay. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is great - especially the chef special!

The room was right next to car park and where they throw away glass bottles etc so wasn't always as quiet as we're used to. Due to the Cotswolds Olimpick Games it was lot busier and nosier than usual, so it was a was a shame that we didn't know this was going on beforehand as we might not have booked different dates.

The location was excellent, with adequate parking. The Twin ground floor was fantastic, an exceptionally clean and inviting Hotel. The staff were pleasant and most helpful. Thank you.

We arrived in the evening and could not see a sign for Noel Arms. Unfortunately we drove around Chipping Camden twice. The sign above the main door is poorly lit. I had to park up the road and ask a local where the Hotel was. I was advised to drive through an arch, I eventually found it, once more by chance I saw in very small writing on the arch wall a Noel Inn sign with no light on a chalk board. I strongly recommend you have better lightening on your signs. Aside from this we enjoyed our stay and we plan to come back and stay again.

Fantastic position in beautiful Chipping Camden..The staff were very welcoming, and the bedrooms were clean and near each other with chairs in a foyer outside. Excellent breakfasts each morning. We had dinner in the hotel each evening, which we really enjoyed. Good value and good wine, too. We would all stay at the hotel again..

Parking was limited. So had to park on the street for a while. On Saturday a birthday party was a bit noisy but we could eat in the bar area which was much quieter. The party people moved away promptly .

Great location in the center of town. Perfect for exploring. The Sri Lankan chef had interesting food options. 20+ rooms so they were set up for volume. Staff were friendly. Nice pub area and spacious restaurant. Great to have free. parking in the back.

The hall carpet upstairs smelled a bit and needed a thorough cleaning. Bringing heavy or large luggage up the stairs and down the halls was harder given how far the front door was from the room- up narrow stairs etc. Also, our standard travel plug converters wouldn’t work, the two prongs were too short apparently- while they worked in all the more updated hotels. No USB options either.

Pleasant room overlooking the Main Street. The receptionist helped me with any query I had and located a softer pillow when requested. Food served in the evening was well presented and tasted good. We were greeted warmly at breakfast and there was a good selection fruit, yoghurt and croissants to start with. Hot breakfasts were tasty and delivered hot.

Some of the furniture in the bedroom was a little worn and needed some tender care. Paintwork on front door needs painting. Drinks in bar were expensive and the glass of Chardonnay I had was tasteless and watery. Poor quality.

All staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. I was staying for a nearby wedding. Although they don't have early check in they did everything they could to try and acccomodate me arriving before the check in time. They kept in touch with updates. On the morning of my stay I had a message to say my room would be available for when I arrived which was fantastic news. Everybody I spoke to was kind and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a great choice for cooked to order and it also had help yourself continental items. Service was pleasant and quick.

Not a big issue but couldn't control the heating in the room. This was fine over night as I get cold easily so it was cosy but the radiators were off in the morning so I was cold. Also due to having an end room this probably made it colder. There was however a plug in oil heater in my room which I put on to warm the room.

Breakfast I had kipper and 2 poached eggs they were excellent. Beer was good I saw them cleaning the pipes in the morning which is very good to see

Dogs I i hate to see dogs in eating areas. It should not be allowed. Not everybody likes dogs
