The property , was in a lovely setting, with its pub within the grounds. The first thing that hits you is how clean everywhere was this indeed flows into the rooms which are equipped with amazing facilities for your stay and were of a good size , with the comfiest of beds to sleep in , with a large on-suite bathroom too . The staff were super friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. There were 7 of us in our party and the accommodated us in the restaurant for the three nights we ate there with lots of choice of fabulous tasting food from their menus. They even sat us all together for breakfast too which once again the food was so very good with lots of choice with plenty of tea and coffee flowing , table service was really good to every time we were in the restaurant.

Sometimes the car park can be limited for space, there is a £5 charge per night too. It would be to have a fridge in the room .

Very well maintained hotel, freshly decorated and pleasantly furnished in a modern, imaginative style. Very comfortable bed and a good bathroom with excellent shower. Our room (11) faced the woodland so was very quiet. Easy parking on site for a small charge. The food at breakfast and in the adjoining Cask & Tandoor bar/restaurant was of very good quality. Service from the staff was of the highest standard. The young ladies at breakfast were impeccable in their manner, efficiency and thoughtfulness. They carried out their tasks with great charm and dignity. Our stay was enhanced by the presence of Minty who from our arrival was a delight to converse with. Each day she greeted us warmly and took a friendly interest in our plans, giving us very good advice on how to enhance our visits to the local area. Burnside is an ideal place to stay for Stratford and the surrounding area being a very short drive or brief walk from Stratford's attractions. Having booked a return visit already I'm sure it will be the second of many.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and kept us filled until tea time. We would definitely return the next time we stay in Stratford.

Even though the bathroom window had frosted glass, I'd have still preferred an additional blind or curtain, especially as our room was facing the road. Also, a fire alarm went off a couple of times during the first evening of our stay. It would have been better to have been warned about this because we were panicking a little, thinking we'd turned the heating up too high!!

The location was ok, a 20 min walk into the edge of town. The staff were fine, the room was quite large and clean. But the hotel common areas lack any form of atmosphere, it is extremely sterile. The TV was not attached to the internet, I couldn't stream any service.

The breakfast was quite average. Only weak filter coffee on offer, and when I asked the young waitress if they could prepare a cappuccino, I was told that she had not been trained yet. I would assume that if you hire 1person to handle the dining room , management would have thought to train the staff.

Absolutely beautiful room with attractive decor and lighting; really comfy bed; sofa and flatscreen TV; coffee pod machine; enough power points for charging devices on both sides of the bed; full-length mirror; safe available; invigorating power shower with both a fixed and a moveable shower head; 2 hairdryers; luxury bathrobes; complimentary slippers etc; lovely, quiet rooms indeed. Staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly and we were made to feel like valued customers. Food was delicious (particularly the dhal makhani!). I asked for a later check out and this was made available to us. The staff catered for our every need. Getting to Stratford was very easy, with a 20-minute walk through Shottery, or the hotel offered a taxi-call service. We are already thinking of booking a return visit!

Very nice family room but note… only one bathroom!

It’s not easy walking to city centre as there isn’t a proper pavement at some parts which makes it dangerous to walk along the narrow roads especially once it gets dark.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Breakfast and evening meal in the nice pub attached was excellent. Beautiful tasteful decor throughout. Bed very comfortable. Lovely greeting and service. Valentina was so kind and considerate, getting us tea and water on arrival before check in. Much appreciated on a hot day when we had arrived a little early. I had difficulty working out the coffee machine in our room but Valentina helped. Other staff were also very considerate. It was lovely to sit outside in the evening and the Indian food we had was really authentic. Nice wine, good ambience.

Sometimes there was a gap in staffing at the pub.

once inside, the hotel was clean, bright and cosy with a real friendly feel. The customer service was excellent, the room huge and spotlessly clean , the attention to detail made a real difference .....robes, shoe cleaning kits, irons and more . The bar area was small but perfectly formed and the breakfast was cooked to order and nothing was to much trouble.

First impressions of the hotel when you pull up, it looks a little "bed and breakfast" ....don't be fooled it's a very well run professionally managed, quality small hotel

What a great little find! My wife and I ended up in Statford-Upon-Avon on a short, overnight stay and theatre at the RSC. Conveniently located for a short 5min drive to the RSC, this little gem was perfect. It was so clean and well presented we were very impressed. The staff were so helpful and polite it was a pleasure staying here. Having been in hospitality for a long time, I was truly impressed with everything about this hotel, even the breakfast was clean and well presented with great attention to detail.

My only comment is that after making all that effort, spend a couple of extra pennies and improve the quality of the bread for toast at breakfast. Apart from that, it was a fantastic stay and I am sure we will be back as our Stratford hotel of choice. Thank you.

The room was clean and very comfortable

The booking in time at 4pm and check out time 10.30am at £220 your not even 24 hours at the hotel, also the reception is none existing really late to start we arrived at 11am and was told she be there soon and leaving the hotel at 9am no body on the reception. The breakfast is not worth the money, cold and lack of food , £5 for parking in a joke when its costing £220 for 1 nights stay and to hold €75 from your card incase of damage . I don't think the hotel is a teenagers seen to be honest .its a £120 a night hotel .
