Gorgeous room with rustic beams and lovely decor. Really spacious and very comfy bed. The bathroom was amazing, huge and with both a roll top bath and large double rainfall shower I was spoiled for choice. Staff were extremely attentive and the food was lovely. Breakfast being a la carte was a nice change to the usual buffet you get in most hotels. Could not recommend this place more highly. Will definitely be returning.
The lock to room three was a bit awkward/sticky, nothing major and definitely manageable just a bit of a knack to it! The shower did leak out of the tray a tiny bit but again no major issue just perhaps one to check! The only other improvement I would recommend is the addition of a mini fridge in the room to enable storage of cold water and perhaps a larger television in future.

This hotel was fantastic, lots of charm and extremely family friendly with lots of parking. We went as a very large family group. We had four room's and each room was differently decorated, very large and spacious and the bathrooms were beautiful and large. Lots of extra details - tea and coffee facilities, lovely toiletries, fans in the rooms if you required them. Every member of staff we met were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast, which was included in our package was fantastic. Portions were large and cooked to order. We did have dinner, which again was fantastic,as a family, in the large private dining room, which was perfect.
Possibly extra fold up bed facilities

Design of the room, position, great bar great breakfast but question the Black pudding Provence, attentive staff nice big car park slept well good black out
trying not to sound like a "4 in a bed" contestant. the room needs maintaining to keep up the Standard i.e the RH coach light out side of the room door is broken and hanging down. the window cill LH of the telly need redec, flaking paint due to condensation. the skirting boards at the shower entrance need changing to a material that's water proof. the bath is not parallel to the back wall dragging out my OCD the dividing wall between bathroom and bedroom is not acoustic. super niggle-don't put the bottle of water near the bathroom light switch, in the dark over it went!! cushions left outside on the garden furniture, saturated. apart from these niggles its a lovely room great position, great pub sorry we didn't eat here.

Very attractively decorated pub and room. The bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable, clean with all necessary equipment. The garden area looked nice, looking out over fields. Very handy for Stratford upon Avon.
The room could probably do with double glazing as the pub is on a busy road. The meal was fine but a bit pricey - e.g. getting on for £20 for fish and chips. One quibble: could your young waiting staff ask 'Are you ready to order' rather than 'Are you guys ready to order'. I am a woman, not a guy and, in these days of concern about pronouns etc, that sort of faux-chummy inaccuracy really annoys me.

Breakfast was perfect, staff were fabulous, hotel and pub were both beautiful, and the bedroom was very clean, beautifully decorated and of an excellent size. The toiletries and tea and coffee were all top quality too
Room 4 was incredibly hot and did not have a thermostat, we turned the radiator off but it was still raging hot. Only one window had an opener and the restriction meant it could only open 2 inches or so - not ideal in such a hot and stuffy room. The lights outside our bedroom door remained on all night (we couldn’t find a switch) which was disturbing as the light came under the door. Mattress was a basic spring one which was both soft uncomfortable and pillows were terrible. The road outside was also quite noisy. Such a shame as everything else was absolutely perfect.

This was a lovely place to stay and very convenient for both Stratford on Avon and the surrounding areas [provided you have a car]. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the pub area had a warm and cozy atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable and more spacious than expected. Good food available in the evening and the generous breakfast was superb. Excellent value for money.
There wasn't anything we didn't like, although - with the pub being alongside a main road - had we been staying in Summer and needed the windows to be open, then the traffic noise may have been an issue. Air conditioning would've been the icing on the cake.

Amazing vegetarian cooked breakfast. Lovely place to stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great bedroom and huge bathroom.
Water temperature in the bathroom at sink, bath and shower all fluctuated. Cold water at the sink, even when on coldest setting, was warm. Shower temperature could be on colder setting, then ramp itself up to extremely hot, so much so that you couldn't stand in it, then flip down again. Thought it was just the controls, but the bath tap did the same. Dinner menu needs more choice for vegetarians. Maybe some of the meat style dishes, but with meat substitute products.

Absolutely beautiful building and grounds in a lovely location. It was a really lovely room/bathroom (Standard King) spotlessly clean and very cosy/stylish. The venue boasts a lovely ambience and enbues super vibes all round. Superb evening dining! Obviously engage a superb chef and kitchen support...top notch!
Nothing major, however, the TV did not work, (we did report it) ... not a big deal as only staying one night but a little disappointing. We reported this and I am confident this will be resolved.

beautiful room, very patient waiting-on staff, friendly atmosphere, lovely gardens, plenty of parking, spotlessly clean everywhere, lovely location
room very noisy as it was at the front looking out onto the main road. Shower boiling hot, temperature controls not working properly. Some food options not available, and chef refused to prepare the squid dish for my other half, even though he clearly said that he only had a seafood/mollusc intolerance, and I've seen him eat squid countless times! This put the waiter in a very difficult position

I had an excellent stay at The Bell, a nice friendly pub with good choices of drinks and food. The breakfast was superb with choices to suit everyone. The room and the whole pub was furnished really well. The dining room was spacious and I ate in the Library which was quaint.
The only negative point I have is that my room was at the front of the building on the main road and the traffic passing by was quite noisy. This was probably reflected in the price of the room which was good as the amenities were excellent.
