Great location. Plenty of parking. The decor is full of hard wood and beams, and has a real comforting feel to it. The room I was in was very quiet, cosy (not to mean small) and the smart TV was a nice addition. I ordered takeaway and the friendly team was very accommodating, providing some (very soft!) napkins, cutlery and salt and pepper. There’s some original features, like an old well, that you can walk on top of and look into. The lady who showed me to my room explained the history of it and its restoration. Slept really well in a soft and comfortable bed Breakfast was great
It doesn’t get fully dark in the room, so if you’re used to blackout when you sleep just bear that in mind.

We stayed in the Shakespeare suite. It is on the top floor. So, not accessible if you have difficulty with stairs. The room and ensuite was immaculate. Decor lovely. And thankfully it was lovely and warm thanks to all the radiators. Which was particularly needed as it was bitterly cold outside. The food downstairs was fantastic. My lamb shanks was wonderful. But I admit, I was sad I didn't choose the enormous and fabulous looking steaks when I saw what I was missing. It's worth noting, it's a steak house... Get the steak! The staff were all wonderful, kind and patient and brought oat milk to the room for me which was very kind. Breakfast in the morning was good. It came out hot with minimal wait, again. Lovely staff who couldn't have been more helpful. All in all. Lovely stay.

It was welcoming and felt homely. The bar area and restaurant were comfortable, it is a unique property, very well maintained. The furniture throughout was top notch and the bed was comfortable and we had a great nights sleep, there was even a fleecy blanket in the wardrobe which came in handy
The velux window in the Shakespeare suite was unable to close and there were gaps around the window frame letting the wind in and we stayed during storm darragh. There were 3 radiators in the room and we were still cold and couldn’t make use of the sitting area due to the wind coming in through the gaps. My husband had to put a towel around the window to try and stop the cold wind coming through

Lovely property and staff were so friendly. We went for my partners birthday and were made to feel so welcome. The room was lovely and cosy with a lovely feel to the place. Staff were exceptional from the get go, showed us to our room and helped with our bags. One staff member even took us to our meal as the taxi did not turn up, the staff could not of done more to make us feel welcome. We will definitely be coming back and would recommend to anybody. The bar and restaurant also had a lovely feel we didn’t have a meal here but next time 100% would as the breakfast was lovely. All around amazing place.
Nothing.

Cheerful welcolming staff. Pleasant decor with everything you require provided. Pub and restuarant extremely popular even on a week day so alway reserve a table. Meal portions very large. Excellent breakfast. Easy and plentiful parking
We were in Room 11 and access to the room was up some very steep stairs which woud be difficult for some. Also the room only had a bath ( the sloping ceilings meant not possible for a shower) which was very difficult for me to get in and out of. Nothing wrong with the offeering you just need to be aware and perhaps ensure you book a room with shower on the 1st floor is you are elderly or have walking difficulties.

I like the historic character and well maintained decor of Broom Hall. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The bar and restaurant are well run with nice atmospheric lighting. The food was excellent.
We stayed in Room 2 which was a nice space and suited our needs unfortunately it was quite noisy with the sounds of machinery humming and fire doors banging shut. I think the door closure mechanism need adjusting so the doors close more softly.

Broom Hall is located in a small village around 7 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon. It was easy to find and we received a warm welcome from the person who checked us in. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was lovely with a great shower and free toiletries. The food was excellent as was the service. We had dinner in the restaurant, the portions were very generous. and the food was delicious. It was quite busy which is a good sign for a midweek in October. There was a good selection of food for breakfast including a very nice fresh fruit salad. Breakfast was not self-service but instead items were ordered from the menu. We would not hesitate to return if we were in the area again.
The bedroom lighting was poor, although there were two wall lights, a bedside lamp and a desk lamp. Even with all lights on it was quite dark.

This hotel has it all: it is full of character and in a great location for a Stratford-upon-Avon business meeting. The staff ( every single member ) was exceptional in their customer care and attitude and seemed to genuinely enjoy being there, which is rare today. From the moment I was greeted at check-in to the morning I checked out, I was really impressed. The dinner I experienced was more than I could have imagined. The menu isn't cheap, but it's worth every penny. My room was spotlessly clean, with a comfy bed. Having a decent-sized desk was welcomed, allowing me to work in comfort that evening. The breakfast and breakfast service was as impressive as the dinner ( compliments to the chef/s ). I will return to the Broom Hall Inn without hesitation. Highly recommended.
When I return I will request a top floor room. Being a building with hundreds of years history, of course there are creaking floorboards. To be expected. I was lucky, though to have not had the usual elephant above me ( I seem to attract them everywhere I stay ), so the walking around and noise was bearable, but, I would recommend a top floor room if available.

This is our 3rd visit - it’s a lovely property and have always had great rooms. Booked late this time so only 3 single rooms available 2 of which were great. Lovely breakfast included and we’ve always had a really good meal in the restaurant- generous portions and good quality. We will definitely be back again.
Room 10 which is a single room was very hot on arrival - once the window was open it was very noisy as the room is above the kitchen - it did quieten down around 10.30 pm but had to keep the TV until then.

We had the most magical stay at the Broom Hall Inn. The Shakespeare Suite was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. It's right at the top, so it's quiet and feels separate to the rest of the hotel, even though it's not. The staff were all amazing and so accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and we ate in the restaurant every night of our stay and I can highly recommend it. Thank you for making our wedding anniversary weekend so special.
There was nothing we could fault. It was a perfect stay.
