Slightly better than most of this type

Shower was horrible. The shower partition could be at least 12"-14" wider. The opening is such that water sprays an enormous amount onto the floor, and it shows, as the baseboard is seriously deteriorating. It's not my job to clean up a large pile of water. The situation took away from what would have been a real pleasant stay.

This was the nicest hotel to choose from in Cleveland. Location is great, fast food near by as well as a shopping strip.Not a far drive to/from Chattanooga. The rooms were clean, plenty of space.

House keeping didn’t come to our room once during our stay. I am not sure if this is a new change in policy but if so maybe upon checkin the front desk should ask if you’d like the service or not. Usually I wouldn’t mind if they skipped over our room, but I think the stay would have been better if my towels were replenished and garbage thrown out considering the price I paid to stay at the nicer hotel.

The 1 br king suite was HUGE, and an awesome layout. Plenty of space and the kitchen is perfect. Bed pillows were comfy. Lighting was nice overall with plenty of lamps. Smart TVs were good. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have had in a long time. Coffee pods/ Keurig in the rooms were great and coffee tasted good!

The sofa is uncomfortable and the mattress is not super comfortable either. Our bed sheets were not clean, but overall this is the best hotel we have stayed in in Cleveland.

I didn’t like that the shower enclosure wasn’t long enough to keep water from getting all over the floor. I didn’t want to cause damage to the floor or walls and had to put several towels down to protect them

Great location and everything is so clean. This was our first time ever staying at Towneplace. Will be staying again.

The only negative was you could hear people over us walk around in their room.

Room was very nice

Lights too bright on the outside. Very noisy in the morning. Did not appreciate having a room where pets were allowed.

Finally a hotel that is serving a real breakfast again instead of handing you a sack of food you don't want. The rooms were very clean and beds comfortable and the breakfast was hot and worth eating. Complimentary cookies in the afternoon/evening were nice also. It was a good experience without excuses about Covid!
