The room was spacious, facilities and amenities were all clean and nicely arranged. There were also welcome snacks and drinks which was a nice touch. Appreciate the effort for going green by not providing one-time-use products. The hotel was also well-maintained and the staff were friendly.

The walls are quite thin, I could hear people talking next door at 3 am and also people moving in and out of their rooms/through the corridor. The location is about a 15-minute walk from the nearby train station - quite a distance considering the hot summer.

Visited Taoyuan for a conference and this hotel's location is pretty good in the sense that it is close to the conference venue (Chang Gung International Convention Center). Room is clean and tidy, kettle is provided to make coffee and tea in the morning, each guest is also provided with free welcome cookies in the room.

The room does not seem to be very soundproof as I could hear people next door talking when I was working at the desk, nonetheless it did not affect my sleep. Another minor issue is that the cleaner staff adjusted my AC temperature even though I was going to stay for another night. (I did not notice until it felt too cold and I went to check the controller.) Hope that the cleaner can avoid doing this next time and only settle the necessary cleaning routine.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It makes you feel "Posh" as it's name implies, with its high-end finishes and overall look. We liked the location, breakfast was great, and the staff very helpful and friendly. Overall great experience! I'd stay again.

One of our towel was not fully clean. That was the only downside for us.

The room was nice and clean. Having balcony and able to open the sliding door for fresh air is a real plus. The spa area downstairs was basic but comfortable. Rest/dining area on level 2 was really spacious and comfortable.

Water station not on my room. Have to use the lift to go get water. Occasional muggy smell in the corridor.

Outside the hotel, there are plenty of restaurants and accross the street, there's a 7-eleven. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet wasn't bad. The hotel also has a gym, sauna, steam room, and hot tub.

t doesn't have a business center where I can focus and do my work. It was about .5 km walk to the closes A8 MRT / Global Mall. Rolling your luggage in Taiwan is not fun.

A very comfortable bedroom. Fabulous bed and soft pillows and duvet cover. A fantastic shower with amber tea shower gel! A nice choice of food for breakfast. Great coffee to kick start the day. I recommend you his hotel.

There was plenty of tea but I would like to have had some coffee in the bedroom.

The room is big and clean. The staff is nice and very helpful. The breakfast is nice. Although it’s a bit away from Linkou Metro Station it’s accessible by frequent bus service.

There is a tile on the floor near the lift button on 12th Floor which slipped me twice.

The hotel is very convenient walking to airport MRT Linkou station. It is a good hotel choice when you have to catch an early flight at Taoyuan international airport. Hotel has good choice of Chinese/Taiwanese breakfast items.

It lacks western style breakfast items: only coffee, milk and cereal are available.

The hotel is located 5-10 mins walk from the metro. Tons of food options/ restaurant nearby, within walking distance. Hotel staffs are kind and helpful, check in was easy as well. room and toilet was clean and comfy.

Nothing that needed to be pointed out. More towards a business stay rather than touristy propose.

I love their staff. From the front desk staff to the housekeepers, they are all very friendly and have good manners. The room is clean and smells good!
