When we checked in, we were given the option of what floor we wanted to be on, which was nice. I know that is not always the case depending on how booked a hotel it. I thought it was reasonably priced. I also thought the bed and pillows were comfortable.

We couldn't get the TV to work. I tried watching the free live TV, and it just kept loading.

The front desk lady was very helpful with the double charge issue with what needed to be done on my end. Breakfast was amazing. It was a very clean property.

I didn’t like that I was charged twice. one through Booking and the other at the hotel. communication between the two entities failed; therefore, I was charged twice. I had to make multiple phone calls to booking and talk to the hotel personnel to get it straightened out. Finally, the hotel agreed to remove the charge from the hotel but that charged stayed on my debit card balance for several days before it fell off. it was an inconvenience at best.

The location was great. It was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly.

The breakfast was not great. The oatmeal was very watery and most everything was lukewarm. The hot water provided for tea was not hot. The cushions and pillows in the seating areas of the lobby were broke down and need updated.

Some things in the room were broke and dingy but not in a sense of discomfort or filth.. just dingy walls and such. Beds were stiff

Pool was not working, poor signage at entrance, traffic noise from interstate at night made it hard to sleep.

Brianna was so helpful! We drove from Florida to Missouri and I couldn't go any further to get to Colorado. She had a room available let me check in early and I was able to sleep. Breakfast was great the room was so clean and the bed extra comfy! I'm beyond happy with this hotel!

The pool is smaller than it looks online, but I have no complaints at all!!! Amazing place to stay!

EXCELLENT, each day everything was wonderful! The Chef made us and everyone feel so special and welcome! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND your hotel to anyone coming to your city!!
