Newly renovated, everything was very clean. Nice bed linens and towels.

It's not the hotels fault, but Room is right on the road. Every now and then, a tractor trailer would go by. It was very noisy sounded like they were hitting a bump or pothole, also using the j brakes. We did get used to it, or we were just over tired.

The person at front desk was great! Friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Kids loved the pool!!!! The beds were comfortable, good shower pressure, nice bathroom. Room had microwave and fridge and small table to seat three good for eating, crafts, playing games.

Not enough places to hang towels in bathroom. Window shade wouldn't go up to let light in room. Not enough outlets, no USB outlets.

Staff was friendly. Parking for trailer was adequate on site. Ease of check in and out. Good location close to restaurants, gas and convenience stores.

Room was a little dim and there weren't enough electrical outlets by the bed for our cpap machine and phones.

Very clean. Room was a bit small, but fine.

The bedside lamp switch didn't work and the lamp was operated by using the wall plug. This must have been seen by the staff, but for some reason the lamp wasn't swapped out. Also the phone was sitting on the floor not plugged in.... Some road noise but not a big deal.

Comfortable and modern room. No issues with TV or WiFi. Lots of extra towels, toilet paper, and toiletries. Close to restaurants and convenience stores.

Room was not quite as clean as I would like. You may also have to call the motel phone number if you go to the office for something because the owners live there but aren’t always in the office. Not a huge deal, but I hate making phone calls.

Very clean, comfortable beds, spacious, nice large shower (low pressure), plenty of towels, fridge and microwave. Our room needed a few cosmetic updates (the one towel bar was spackled to the wall, and it looked like someone had taken a picture down but left the sticky hangers). Overall a nice room for the $.

Needs another towel bar in bathroom.

absolutely love the hotel, they provided us everything we needed, location is great, walmart is only 3 minutes away, McD, food store, gas station is only few minutes away from here. Rooms and toilets where extremely clean and organized. only thing they don’t offer room service but we we’re absolutely okay with that. Felt safe.

Very good location for exploring the White Mountains. Already the second time we visited Gorham. Very clean, nice staff. Spacious and relatively modern hotel room. Pool, ice machine. Quiet. We'd come back

Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Clear pool/spa times and rules. After a long day of hiking, good to know if we were able to use hot tub or not prior to getting ready and trying to swim. Also, please include tissues in rooms.

The pool was clean.The staff was very accommodating! The hotel might be a little dated like the rug was older but clean.

The spiders all around our door and. The balcony kind of felt rickety.
