The directions we had for the hotel were terrible. Instead of going directly to the hotel off of Rt 26, then 5 then35 they had us take all these little side streets, SO we drove around alot more than we needed to. We are from Rhode Island so we are use to back roads and after you drive 5 hours to get to Maine, you certainly don't want to drive an extra hour to get there. We were very surprised with breakfast. We were not offered a voucher for breakfast and we booked our hotel in August. It was good but very pricey.

The room was nice, but the bed was small. I wanted a king bed. We also had a lot of flies and ladybugs in,our room. The view was amazing. The weather was fabulous and for the most part we had a very nice weekend. The staff was great. Being from Rhode Island you get very adapted to everything, so you make the best of all situations, and you work with what you have.

A lovely hotel near the Lollapalooza trail that brings you to the Jordan 8 lift. The staff was incredible! We loved that the staff handled our skis to/from the storage. It is a temporary service due to renovations, but it was one of the best experiences. We had a room with a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances for cooking. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub were also a hit. We'll definitely return.

- Our room was on the first floor, and we heard some monotonous noise of some equipment from below. It didn't bother us much since we were exhausted after skiing every day. But next time, I will get a higher floor. - Please mandate EV drivers to vacate the charging spot once they have finished charging. It was impossible to charge our EV because one Model 3 occupied the spot for 2 days. I asked the staff to contact them, but the Model 3 owners ignored the request. - Please consider installing many more chargers in the future (this was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel).

Was very clean the staff was extra friendly and helpful even some having such a great memory they were referring to us by name . Beautiful location

The pool could have been open a bit later maybe more like 11 or 12 instead of 10 at least on the weekend. Would be nice if didn’t have to drive to eat dinner.

Ski lockers, access to a lift right outside and onto the slopes, nice restaurant and good staff

Our room was a little funky and there weren’t enough tables to put things. We were in a kind of corner room, and one of the plugs didn’t work which was the one next to the bed.

The staff was exceptional with valuable input on local restaurants and even trail information for nearby hiking and sight seeing.

Nothing, we very much enjoyed out stay. The restaurant was closed for the weekend and it would have been nice to have that amenity.

Studio room was great and stove was a big bonus. Hut tub, steam room and sauna were very nice after a day of skiing.

Sliders restaurant is way over priced and just average. Limited options for vegetarians. Was at the hotel for 3 days and only ate there once due to disappointing experience.

Central and clean. Nice pool although I wish it opened at 7am!!

Late season can be tough for things open. The team should have clearly marked hours for the restaurant(s) and breakfast bar.

Hotels are usually just places to sleep. However, my family really enjoyed all the whole facility. A highlight was watching skiers go by while swimming in a warm pool.
