The location and convenience of the hotel couldn't be better. Although the rooms are a bit dated, and most beds are double murphy beds, they use high quality linens, pillows, coffee (Full Send Blend), and Beekman 1802 products in the bathrooms. The cleaning staff saw that it was my boyfriend's Birthday, and left a towel cake with fake candles in our room. Nice little touch. We love eating at The Last Run Room, and have had great service and drinks from Brett and Alana. We had a mixed experience at Camp, but the burger and meatloaf sandwich were memorable. The shuttle comes every half hour, and takes you around to any of the properties. We didn't use our car all weekend. The staff are all so friendly. This is our second time staying at Grand Summit and can't wait to come back again!

Breakfast was excellent with top class plentiful buffet. The omelet station was outstanding. The pancakes were just like homemade. Very good value for the price and very convenient healthy in-house option before going out for ski. Ski-in ski-out was convenient. The place has a winter wonderland storybook look. Very attentive and friendly staff. Always texted me and resolved my issues fast. A special note about the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. It was comfortable even in 17 degrees. With the ski slopes and ski lifts right behind, the backdrop was gorgeous!

Location great for ski in/out. Outdoor pool and hot tubs nice and relaxing most of the days. Clean rooms. Nice ambiance of lobby, restaurant and nooks for hanging out. Front desk people and cleaning staff pleasant and helpful.

High price. Wants to be a luxury resort but fell short in a few frustrating ways. We were told in person that all suites had full kitchens, but none of our 3 had an oven. The one evening that there were staff in the pool area, all but one were not helpful explaining how to get into the pool area. There were no chairs for parents to sit and keep an eye on children in pool. Two of the 3 evenings there were no towels at the pool. We made a lunch reservation in the CAMP restaurant the night before for a large group at the beginning of lunch time so could get back out to ski. Our waiter was pleasant but very inefficient in taking drink and food orders. Had to prompt him for service.

Close to main ski area with good transport links. Friendly staff, restaurant, pool and gym on site. Great to have option for self catering. Rooms big enough for family groups.

Had some delays on cleaning rooms and reluctance to work around baby’s nap. Otherwise no complaints.

The property was great.

Sunday River closed nearly the entire mountain (all but 1 lift) while we were at the property. So it wasn’t quite what we expected

location to ski lifts. clean. ski check. suite was nice, clean. staff excellent.

only 1 restaurant open due to short staffed. food was okay to good. the braised short ribs for $30 was awful. first, it was NOT short ribs. instead, it was thick slices of overcooked, well done, dry, beef. perhaps it was some sort of pot roast. it was not short ribs. our waiter was so nice and the dinner took so long that we didn’t even bother to complain. it’s unfortunate that the waiter didn’t notice that my husband didn’t eat his dinner. I feel bad leaving this review. I understand staffing shortages however, a manage, chef or someone should be overseeing the food preparation. in the case, the entire wrong piece of meat was used in the recipe unless, of course, the person in charge does not know what short ribs are.
