Clean rooms and linens, friendly staff, fantastically located, perfect for the thrifty traveler who just wants a comfortable place to hang their hat for the night.

Bathroom updated and quite nice, but I’d scrap the aging bathtubs and replace with showers in the smaller rooms - which would make the bathrooms feel a little more roomy too.

I got the most bang for my buck during this stay. The cost was extremely reasonable, and I got everything I needed during my stay. We had a fridge in the room, clean bathroom, and the breakfast was all you needed to get your day started and put some food in your belly. The gentleman who I believe was the owner, was so nice and humble and allowed me to keep my vehicle parked there while I went riding all day. Great location, highly recommend to my fellow riding buddies!!

Gorham Motor Inn is just the right place for an affordable stay in the White Mountains area. It is very near a lot of dining places and can be reached by car to any of the tourist and scenic areas.

The Inn's owners have made a substantial effort to upgrade this classic one story motel. It looks attractive, the bathroom was clean as could be with new faucets, sinks and toilets. The towels were new and good. The bed was quite comfortable and well equipped with both a blanket and a quilt on top the sheets were a solid weight. The electronic door locks are the new touch style, and worked well. TV, fridge & micro all good. This is one of the better classic motels, well taken care of. I'd return.

Some wall paint needs work, but that's minor in my mind.

Could have been cleaner. I dropped something and when I got down to pick it up I could see under the bed looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Other than that it was okay.

Everything! From the updated rooms and beautiful flooring in the bathroom and comfortable bed to the fresh linens and clean room every time I came back to our room in the evening after spending the day out hiking. We will Definitely stay here again and again.

Nothing! It was a great experience at a lovely Motor Inn in beautiful New Hampshire

It was perfect for what we needed. My son & I went skiing at Bretton Woods. It was about a 30 minute drive & along the way we found YaYas. The absolute best bacon egg & cheese on a Kaiser roll. Skied all day & went back to the motor lodge after dinner. After skiing g all day, we only needed a place to shower & lay our heads down. Clean & quiet….just perfect & the price was right. We stayed 4 nights. Restaurants in the area were decent. Nonas was incredible.

In the beginning the heat was a bit tricky to operate & adjust. Once we got used to it we had no problems. The tv remote didn’t work from the bed, replacing batteries didn’t help.

The location is perfect for exploring the MT Washington region. I appreciated being able to park in front of my room.

I wish the breakfast was a bit more substantial.

Internal entrance, great window views, a river on property, covered outdoor table, short drives to trails. Gorham is a nice mountain town, Walmart Supercenter nearby....washing machine for guests,

Some rooms are too small.

We go up to Gorham to ride the ATV trails and Gorham Motor Inn accommodates ATV riders with parking, cleaning rags and the location is perfect.

In our room the bathroom toilet was not bolted down properly and rocked. Also the bathroom could use more hooks/racks to hang clothing plus an exhaust fan.
