The staff were friendly and very helpful. The space was big enough for two people, especially with the access to the full kitchen- pots, pans, utensils available if you want to cook any meals. There are also some self service breakfast options- bagels, cream cheese, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, tea. Our room also had a good sized mini fridge which comfortably stored our food. The rooms and shared space were clean and welcoming. We definitely will return here!

Nothing, everything was great!

Great value for money for anyone visiting Bethel and surrounding areas. New owner is tech savvy and we enjoyed remote check-in and check out. Room was extremely clean and comfortable with two queen beds. Onsite kitchen is superb where you can simply enjoy a coffee or cook a family meal if required such are the facilities. Great location for those travellers enjoying outside activities locally and there is an onsite laundry room to wash any clothes dirtied in the stunning countryside.

Appreciated the access to full kitchen. Made meal Prep much easier. Liked having fridge and microwave in room. Room was very clean and comfortable. Very convenient to Bethel. They also allowed dogs which was critical to our decision to stay there

Not much soundproofing between rooms. We were there 3 nights. 2 were fine ; One had someone next door on Osborne and we could hear the conversation which was not pleasant

There is a fully stocked communal kitchen for the 4 rooms in the annex. We were able to cook a nice hot breakfast with eggs and pancakes. Other prepared foods were available: fruit cups, yogurt parfaits, bagels, and cookies. Coffee and tea options are available. Check in was easy and the staff called ahead of time to confirm a check in time. We met with Aaron, the owner of the place, who was welcoming and open to any comments or concerns. Coin-op laundry available. Close to ski resort, groceries, restaurants, and more. Will definitely return!

Rooms are small.

The property was extremely clean, plenty of close parking, easy directions to anything you needed during our stay, late check available over the phone. The shared community kitchen was different was very nice fully stocked and clean, the vending machines for snacks were great and low priced as well nice bonus to wash clothes as needed and free access to laundry detergent(thank you). The room was spacious easy access to the kitchen area, beds decently comfortable with a microwave and refrigerator a plus and very clean !! The owner Aaron was extremely friendly and accommodating. I will stay again and recommend to others to stay as well.

This is a so minor due to when staying in Maine space sometimes is limited but the bathroom was a bit small but we managed. Plenty of hot water.

This motel gives you great value for money. Its location is great when visiting the Whitemountains of NH to hike during the day and dine/drink in the breweries in Bethel ME at night. The room we stayed in was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a good night sleep after hiking Mt.Adams. The common area has a fully functional kitchen where you can prepare your own breakfast with complimentary coffee open 24-hr daily. Lastly, guest relations staff, Candace, was very welcoming and offered good information about the area. Her dog Dewey was sweet but at the same time well trained.

Easy check in and check out by text message and code-lock on door. Very clean. Perfect size for a couple, and dog friendly! Less than 15 mins from Sunday River. Check out sugar shack up the street, great burgers right next door!

Due to unforseen circumstances I was not able to get to the motel until very late but I was sent instructions to get into the room. Also I was sent a phone number incase I needed anything. The kitchen was great for our needs. I would definitely come here again!

We had to hit the road, so had a very good breakfast at “The bear” in Goram. We had a restful night’s sleep in this very clean motel. Host was super helpful and we were able get a load of laundry done as well.

The owners are really nice people, the bed was very comfortable, towels were fluffy, room very clean. 2 chairs to set in room, big table room had everything you needed. Could get coffee anytime, common kitchen for guest to use. They really renovated it very well highly recommend.Best hotel we stayed in from NC to Maine.
