The size of the room and the amenities provided (full refrigerator, microwave, dishware, etc.) were very good and very well priced for the area. The location was also very good; close to the main highway and services but still quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lighting was very good in the main living area. The room also had a deck with a fine view of the river and nearby mountains. Everything provided was very clean. The availability of an indoor pool was a nice bonus. The beds were comfortable, though the pillows could have been a bit less bulky. The wi-fi in the room was excellent.

The lighting in the bedrooms was insufficient for reading in bed. The bedrooms lacked blackout curtains and the morning light came into one room almost unobstructed, making it harder to sleep. The room could also have used a small utility carpet near the door so people could brush the sand from the driveway off their shoes before entering the room. The floors and one of the beds were almost unbelievably squeaky.

Liked the community decks for sunning and the individual decks for reading. Liked the pool, but it was a bit chilly. Liked the central location for our explorations of waterfalls in the area. Liked the hot tub, but the jets were weak. Liked that the kitchen table was big.

No salt and pepper shakers , There is no big frying pan for pancakes. No backups of toilet paper or paper towels in suite. We kept forgetting to ask for it. No light in the stairway.

Queen bed was a little soft and caused some morning back aches. I bought a bathtub mat to avoid slipping in the one piece fiberglass shower unit. I think the toilet had a drip as there was regular dripping sounds but no water anywhere. And toilet had to be plunged a couple times as it was not a very powerful flush. But all in all a very comfortable and convenient facility for my 9 day stay.

The apartment was clean and nicely laid out. It was just the right size for a family of four. It was very close to Sunday River for skiing - just down the road!

The kitchen supplies were very minimal, although you could ask for some supplies at the office. I suggest bringing your own supplies, like salt and pepper, too. Also, the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors.

Location! A no frills lodging near Sunday river ski resort. Laid back, accommodating reasonable asks, great value!

Kitchen is bare bones -only one cooking knife, one cutting board, etc. We had to buy a few items to make it easier to cook meals. But it has all the necessities.

Maybe having long curtains to block the sun for those that don't wake up super early would be great. But not a game changer for us. The sun is bright wicked early in maine though 😂

We usually stay in this hotel. The room is a kind of two bedroom apartment with all equipped kitchen and can easily accommodate up to six people. The pool is my favorite part plus it’s only 3 minutes drive to the mountain

The hotel has a great pool and game room for the children, plus outdoor space. It’s not fancy or stunning, it’s basic but in a great location with everything you need for a short stay.

It’s a little dated. The chairs on the deck are flimsy but the view is peaceful and fantastic.

Kitchen facilities good for some cooking. Updated sofas and bed linens. Clean apartment. Good value for winter break.

Living area is dark. Needs additional lamp. Overhead light in kitchen/dining area too harsh. Other major complaint is noisy floors in bedrooms. Can also hear neighbors fairly easily.

Cheerful and welcoming staff and a super clean apartment. It was also great to take advantage of the hot tub after a long day out in the cold. The kitchen had every utensil and pan we needed to cook.
