What a nice pro-active way to check us in! Since we were arriving way too late we got the room key in an enveloppe at the door of the office with a friendly and welcoming text written on it. The room was quite large, everything super clean, and there was a great service of the household employees throughout our stay. The bed was huge and really comfortable, there wasn't any noise from our neighbours or the street, and the location is perfect within reach of dining opportunities, but especially within reach of the White Mountains National Forest. This is actually based in the quieter part around this National Forest yet only a couple of minutes drive away from hiking trails and more. Recommended stay and great price-quality!

convenient location very clean rooms

walking down the sidewalk of the hotel there is a drop that is only about 6 in but ,it comes out of nowhere and blends in. the first time I saw it and told the elderly woman with me (85) to watch out for it. the second time I walked right off it and twisted my ankle. thankfully I caught myself before falling. I believe that you need to mark that step,nothing is there to tell you that it is there. watch your step! I can't be the only person that has done this after that I walked in the parking lot.

The room was very clean and well presented. It looked like it had been recently renovated. We checked in late and they were accommodating and made the process easy. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were good quality.

Just one thing - The parking lot. It seemed a little cramped and it would have been good to have each room assigned their own parking spot. One spot could not be used (corner spot) as two cars were blocking it. There is a large lot in back, but not signage to say if you can park there or not. Other than that, everything was great. It was dark and raining, so if the spots were numbered, we could not see it and either way, someone would have been in our spot. I parked in the Electric Vehicle charging spot (kind of a jerk move, but the office was closed, and you needed to pay in there for charging, so I did not think anyone was going to be using it anyway.

Everything about this place was awesome. The room was big ,very clean, and well kept for an older place. I was here for a little R&R and definitely got it. The staff was working hard, and I know what it takes to keep rooms so clean. They were friendly and offered to exchange my towles on day 2. The beds were very comfortable but the pillows were a bit flat. That was ok. There's a Walmart right down the road. For $9, I had a fuffy one. Definitely would stay here again. I have stayed in 2 other motels in the area, and this one has them both beat

The hot tub wasn't working. They have been waiting for a part. Hopefully, it will be working when I come back. No fault of the hotels, it isn't easy to get parts from overseas.

The guy running the front desk is very friendly. My room on the second floor appeared to be updated and was really nice. Parking at this motel is easy and is a close walk to downtown restaurants and even fly fishing! This place is fairly priced compared to some of the other mountain towns in New Hampshire.

Convenient to every attraction! This is a Motor Inn like the good old days where one just rests until there next stop! Only in the room to sleep and it was a clean bed and hot shower! Felt safe and the owner Bob and his Son were so very nice! They called me as soon as the maid found my forgotten contact case! Will definitely be back again!

I loved the convenient location, the grounds and rooms were immaculately kept. Really cozy and comfortable, very simple. Their location was perfect for anyone who might be interested in hiking or exploring the white mountain national forest, skiing at wildcat Mountain. Close to several local restaurants.

Unfortunately, they did not have a pool, or breakfast. It also took quite a while for hot water to hit the shower, so I felt like I was wasting a lot of water in the process of waiting for it to get warm.

My room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The location was perfect for my hiking trip. The Appalacha Trailhead was close by and I found a gem of a hike (Pine Mountain) right in Gorham!. The lack of coffee on site was manageable...it forced me to get out an explore 😀

I had trouble getting the TV to work after hours. The "neighbors" helped; the sensor that the remote connects with was hidden in the wiring. Great community. I'd definitely stay here again.

Excellent Room for the price. Very pleased. Clean, quiet and staff friendly. Kept the light on for us as we came in late. Good HVAC, all appliances/utilities worked well, etc.... Excellent location - less than 10 miles from Mount Washington, Thanks.

Great location right in town, walkable to several nearby restaurants. Room was spacious and clean, beds were very comfortable. Check in and out was quick and gentleman at the front desk was friendly. Would return.

Only complaint is the shower took a while to warm up.
