Room was big and light, if you are with the car then its not far from the ski resorts, you will need up to 15-20mins to get there. Price was very convenient and i enjoyed my stay there! 😊

In the Hotel restaurant on the menu it says that 18% fee is already included in the price, but when we asked for the check there was additional 15% “service fee”. And when we asked about this, they did not specify what it was and they started laughing 🤔. So.. if you say that the service fee is already included in the price then you don’t add additional 15% service fee.

Apartment was clean, light and warm (hot). It had all kitchen equipment to make food. Breakfast was very good, big choice and tasty. Kids playroom was wonderful. Two rooms, one for babies, other for bigger kids with Playstation. Our baby enjoyed this hotel a lot. Even better than in pictures. Location was great, near Kokhta (biggest mountain in Bakuriani). No need for taxi to go there, 500m from hotel there is lift. Good value for the money.

Little bit cold coming from big windows. Couldn't adjust warmth for heaters, only on and off. Hot water pressure was little too low. Pillows are not comfortable, too big and puffy.

Very nice hotel, it seems it’s newly opened, nice Mountain View, the size of the room was good, comfortable beds, clean. No buffet breakfast but you can choose from the menu

It was too cold in the room and they open the central heater very late. No 24hrs reception No telephone in the room to call the room service in case if you need any thing

The hotel is very nice, modern and good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful: we asked for cooking pan and it was brought within a minute, also the heating was also fixed within several minutes as well and also they allowed us to check-in earlier because room was ready. I really liked the way we have been treated ☺️ I also loved the fireplace outside and the main hall is very cosy to sit and enjoy, also there is a nice restaurant near by.

As a boutique hotel, it was very neat and cozy. Our room was a suite with its own kitchenette and all amenities. There was a smell of fresh wood and it felt very new with a minimal and calming decor. Whatever we needed, the staff supported right away. The morning breakfast with the beautiful snow outside was perfect. Have to say I liked their playlist too :D

Good staff.Bed mattress was good and pillows were comfortable. Hot water 24/7..plate of local treats added flavour...Room heaters are good...toilet were clean...good number of cupboards...

No microwave.Got hot plate but no utlinses to make any..No brakefast included in booking...For this price would have been better...

Very worm rooms, friendly and helpful stuff.

The rooms are not very spacious, and unfortunately, fresh air doesn’t come in even when the windows are open due to heavy traffic pollution. The air feels heavy and difficult to breathe until late at night when traffic finally dies down. This makes it quite uncomfortable, especially during the evening and morning hours.

The hotel itself is good for its price and provides good set of facilities.

The restaurant and the staff is unprofessional and I was totally disappointed when tried to make an order and the waiter just forgot everything I had ordered. So I can say that everything that was written in the reviews is a complete truth
