Staff was helpful with giving all information needed clearly and asking how things were & if we had any questions or needs frequently when walking through the lobby. A couple staff held open doors for us. We got a suite room and it was very spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub area was the cleanest and best-kept of any place I’ve stayed. The breakfast had great variety and also was closely serviced (items kept full at correct temperatures, tables cleaned quickly between guests).

The staff is very attentive. Acknowledging you as you entered or walked past. Breakfast is excellent and this is the only hotel that I can think of that has really good coffee.

Just a preference. The comforter on the bed is too good. I wish there was a lighter weight blanket to use in place of the comforter.

Loved our room. It had door access to the pool. It was perfect for our stay with our kids. Easy to go to the pool and back to the room. Pool was clean, hot tub was hot. Breakfast was fresh! Staff was friendly! Plenty of towels for the pool! Nice location! Quiet neighborhood!

Staff was amazing and the hotel was very clean! Location was my deciding factor as it was close to family and amenities I needed.

Breakfast food was just ok, beds were not the most comfortable and the price was a little high, all based on other hotels average standards.

A great, affordable hotel surrounded by food and attractions. My husband and I love the jacuzzi suites for our date night getaways. Always clean, excellent weekend breakfast, and staff is always nice. I have only good things to say about this place.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful.

I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t sleep because there were some kids running upstairs all night until morning.

The only change I would have made would be to have sliding doors at the entrance. I was by myself and my hands were full so I had to put some stuff down and open both doors. Not really a complaint it’s honestly the only thing I could think of.

Pool, hot tub, breakfasts were great, very clean, great location, staff were all very helpful

The fan in the bathroom could not be turned off. It was really loud and annoying. If the light was on, the fan was on.

Breakfast was great, appreciated the longer pool hours and the coffee available all the time. We will be back.
